If I could leave ZERO stars I would. They delivered my $448 order to the wrong address almost 2 weeks ago, with NO response or resolution. BUYER BEWARE- do not use this company!!!!!

I love shopping at FabFitFun because they always have amazing deals. I've been subscribed for well over a year and plan to continue it. I tell everyone about FabFitFun, because I really love it that much! Make sure you get the yearly plan, because it gives you priority to choose items and is a lot cheaper. I had a small issue with one of my orders, and it was fixed by a nice associate who went above and beyond to help me. I would tell anyone to shop there!

I would like to say I received excellent “service” regarding my order. I had received 2 fall boxes and was only expecting one. Once I was given a customer service rep i was informed on a just a few minutes that the second box was a curated box that was a gift to me for re-starting my membership. I will say the only negative was the amount of time it took to have an actual (not virtual) rep online.

I’m not happy with the way my products have been shipped. I feel like I am being charged for some pretty nice items that I feel I am getting good deals on, but then they are getting thrown in a box and smashed and tossed around without any padding or wrapping at all. My box wasn’t even taped shut. It obviously at one time was opened and repackaged because it was a total mess when I received it. As far as I could tell my items were there. And luckily in this box, I didn’t have a lot of breakable items. My last season box had a hole right through the side of the box. Anything could have fallen out. It has become worse and worse and every time you try to say something about it all you get is “I’m sorry “ or a $7 credit. What does that cover? Tell me what you can buy at FFF that’s not on clearance for $7? Not anything that was broken or damaged I can promise you that. I have spent a lot of money on this program and I have been a member for a long time. It just makes you feel less valued when replacing the items isn’t an option. Especially when it wasn’t packaged properly in the first place. I don’t feel like it had anything to do with the mail carrier, it was how terrible the box was taped and packaged. The tape missed the whole side of the box and was doubled up and they just shipped it anyway. So my box wasn’t even taped. It was just flapping around open. Thanks. I feel like the mail carriers were actually looking out for me more than the FFF team was on this shipment.

I ordered a FabFitFun box and I honestly couldn’t be happier with it! Everything I received was amazing, and I was genuinely impressed by the quality and variety of the products. I originally signed up for the annual subscription and, after receiving this box, I can confidently say that I’m definitely renewing! I was already excited to try FabFitFun, but this box completely exceeded my expectations. Every item felt carefully selected, useful, and worth it, and it was honestly so much fun opening the box and discovering everything inside. I can’t wait for my next box and to keep receiving these amazing surprises throughout the year.

I have been a member since 2018 or 2019? Over the course of the years I have had maybe two or three items not arrive, and customer service promptly gave me a shopping credit. I have always been billed correctly and treated respectfully. I will always recommend this subscription to anyone who has the means and interest in it.

I have watched this company slowly deteriorating for years but the last 6 months has been unlike anything I've ever witnessed from another platform of this size. I have had 5 orders just go undelivered. Not missing just undelivered or "damaged" in transit so returned to their warehouse. No one contacted me, I had to reach out over and over and over again, for weeks about my missing order because the tracking disappeared from their website. Eventully I was offered not a refund, only credit for future sales. Credit which not only expires but their glitch site will change the value randomly and without communication. I ended up in a loop, of placing an order, the order never being delivered 5 times!! Now they finally manage to send the box but the item is not the size I ordered. I wait another hour and a half to talk to customer service who only says I have the right size because there is only one size in their system. We go on like this for 20 minutes of me being gaslit, now mind you this is a pair of shoes. I KNOW I did not order one size fis all shoes, I clearly remember ordering in my size specifically. I used Google to find the archived listing proving the shoe was offered in my size at the time I placed the order. Still waiting for a response. Just absolutely nuts.

I've been an off and on annual member since FFF began, and I desperately want to cancel at this point. My annual membership automatically renewed in January 2026, I intended to cancel it sooner, but that's on me. Every box since Fall 2025 has come poorly packed, to the point that there is always at least one broken item that may or may not result in "shopping credits", though I'd prefer a refund. The Fall 2026 box was never sent out. I had a very difficult time getting ahold of anyone in the customer service dept., and when I did they would instruct me to "continue waiting", though there had been no progress with my parcel by September. The only status was "label created" with the shipping company on August 14th. I confirmed with the shipping company twice that my parcel had not been received from FFF. I received an email from FFF stating that they had not packed or shipped my order, and they were not going to. Evidently they were out of stock, of everything, but were willing to credit me for one add-on (substitution). I responded to that email requesting a refund, as I am not the only person having these problems and I would prefer not to give them my business if this is how they operate it. Crickets. I have been unsuccessful in reaching a human at this company or a resulution. 0 Stars. Would not recommend.
