I’m not happy with the way my products were packaged
I’m not happy with the way my products have been shipped. I feel like I am being charged for some pretty nice items that I feel I am getting good deals on, but then they are getting thrown in a box and smashed and tossed around without any padding or wrapping at all. My box wasn’t even taped shut. It obviously at one time was opened and repackaged because it was a total mess when I received it. As far as I could tell my items were there. And luckily in this box, I didn’t have a lot of breakable items. My last season box had a hole right through the side of the box. Anything could have fallen out. It has become worse and worse and every time you try to say something about it all you get is “I’m sorry “ or a $7 credit. What does that cover? Tell me what you can buy at FFF that’s not on clearance for $7? Not anything that was broken or damaged I can promise you that. I have spent a lot of money on this program and I have been a member for a long time. It just makes you feel less valued when replacing the items isn’t an option. Especially when it wasn’t packaged properly in the first place. I don’t feel like it had anything to do with the mail carrier, it was how terrible the box was taped and packaged. The tape missed the whole side of the box and was doubled up and they just shipped it anyway. So my box wasn’t even taped. It was just flapping around open. Thanks. I feel like the mail carriers were actually looking out for me more than the FFF team was on this shipment.

Hi, thank you for taking the time to write this out in detail, and we're really sorry to hear your boxes have arrived damaged and poorly packaged, especially more than once. That's not the experience we want for you, especially as a long-time member. We've sent you a private message here to get your order details so we can look into the carrier's handling of your deliveries and check what's happening on our end with packaging. Thank you for sticking with us and for telling us where we need to improve.
