Product had never been delivered from my first order. Fabfitfun without verifying with me charged me additional money to continue with the program and I had not been able to see if their was any value to what they offered. I canceled my subscription and asked for a refund. They did and I have no Further problem with them.

Love the slippers and the R&Co shampoo and conditioner. Have not tried other products yet.

I love fabfitfun ... wonderful service and ever box it’s a surprise of so much fun ❤️❤️❤️

My service person was very very helpful. My concern was taken care of quickly and in a professional mannor .

VERY disappointed today to receive my unexpected order from FFF. The box contained 1 item in the standard large box. I say unexpected, because I hadn't ordered anything. After contacting customer service I learned that if you visit the "add on" sale and add anything to your cart, you'll be charged and receive your cart contents without authorization. I had looked at a few things and apparently added something to my cart. I decided not to proceed, so closed the app. Not only was I charged for the non-refundable item, I was also charged for shipping. After extensive interaction with the CS rep, she offered to discount the item by 50% - not the point. I don't trust a company that takes advantage of having my credit card info on file. She then offered to make an exception and allow me to return it (I'd have to pay for the return shipping as well). Since the initial item was $5 - I'd be further in the hole to return it. Just so very disappointed in this shady practice. It was fun, until it wasn't.

Had a situation where I needed to cancel membership. Customer support team was very helpful with my needs, Thank you soooo much!!!

Great customer service! I wasn't totally happy with my box due to my own confusion admittedly (I thought I was sent the wrong choice item, but it was one of the random items and I got all my choice items lol). But JD went above and beyond and helped me out as well as explaining very kindly what I had misunderstood.
