I was a little disappointed with the items I received from the items that I got to choose from. They were out of some of the items I wanted when I ordered to begin with. I did talk to Max via chat and he did explain to me. This was my first box so when I get the next one I will update my review.

My CSR not only answered my question to a tee and helped me with my specific problem I came to her with and she listened whole heartily and understood my story. On November 6, 2019 I experienced loss of my unborn baby boy at 28 weeks pregnant. She did everything and so much more by gifting me a spring box while I take care of myself and my medical bills. Little did she know that there is so much more to our story over the past few months... My fiance's Grandma that we live next to and that raised him his entire life, was diagnosed with her Third round of breast cancer. This diagnosis came between Christmas and New year's day. Andddd that's still not it. Our dog, that was going to be my Colton's best friend. That IS my best friend. My ever consistent emotional support that I rely so heavily on, tore her back right ACL. We only just found this out between last week and this week over three different vet visits and undergoing x-rays and sedation so they could on down exactly what it was hurting her. My poor little baby dog is only 3 years old and can't use 1/4 legs for the past few weeks. Well she needs surgery so that's scheduled for the 22nd and that's an upfront payment before I can take my doggo home. Then to top it all off the vet told us it's a common ailment for the missed breed that she is so she'll need the left back leg done in 2-3 years. I'm only telling you guys this so you can appreciate how much Steph truly gifted me a moment of feeling understood, seen and she comforted me on top of doing her job. Plus something to look forward to when I don't look forward to much anymore under all these circumstances. She's a wonderful person and customer service rep. I'm ready to stand strong in the face of my obstacles, as long as there's good in this world, i will remain strong. Thank you for your time and the opportunity to praise Steph.

Good boxes full of great items. I like that with items I wouldn’t, or don’t have access to, I get to try them, see how well it works with my skin. The boxes come with a variety of items geared towards the season which is great. Just a fun way to treat and pamper myself!

Nicely designed box. Ya I like try to use git card for a product that was sent with my box. Yep they wanted my CC info also and they where already giving the amount of the gift card off so that means I'm unable to use the gift card for a later date because it expires in 30 days that makes know sense. As far as products sent probably wont use any of it. A notepad book really..And It all looks so generic I'm afraid to put it on my skin and I definitely wouldn't give something away to my friends that I wouldn't use. I threw it all in the trash.

Anytime there has been an issue, FabFitFun has been willing to resolve it. Even though they are partnering with different brands they still honor their products and descriptions. I consider this to be above and beyond service. More on their usual operations: Getting to select what is sent to me is the best way to get the best quality stuff that will not go to waste, even if it is a re-gift item. Sometimes there are less exciting offerings that may be perfect for others, but not for me. Add-ons have inspired new obsessions of mine and helped me discover new product as extremely fair first try prices. I have been pleasantly surprised throughout my experience with FabFitFun and look forward to future interactions and purchases.

FabFitFun has great customer service. If there is any issue or I have any question they respond quickly and resolve/answer diligently. Very pleased.

You don't often get great customer service anymore. I reached out with a question and overall 'lackluster' feedback on my recent order and Frank give me the white glove VIP treatment. I am more than impressed with my experience with FabFitFun. The box and items I received are amazing, but now I'm just as impressed with the customer service. Kudos to a great company!
