I'm still waiting after a month and a half from my order. I've seen everyone else unbox theirs so no surprise factor really. They use the slowest shipping method possible. I was finally scheduled to get mine 1/7 and it's now been moved to 1/13. Even though it shows it's 6 hours away from me. I thought these would be good stocking stuffers (it said delivery would be after Dec. 20). Then I thought maybe my daughter's birthday (that is today 1/8). I cancelled future boxes already, I wish it would have worked out! I may try another company.

I really like the box because I receive items I would not normally buy myself, or are brands I have never heard of. I've been struggling whether or not to give fabfitfun 4 or 5 stars. The reason I say that is because some of the products do not feel/ look like they're worth the amount that it says on the sheet. Some feel cheaper. The reason I did end up giving 5 stars is these products are unique, can take me out of my comfort zone, or as I said before, I might not have gotten them myself.

I have had several Fabfitfun boxes and I always get more than my moneys worth. The products are extremely upscale and you always get a variety. My daughter and I share the box and we are able to split everything up perfectly. We never have anything that neither of us wants. I have only had a couple issues with products not working or breaking and Fabfitfun took care of it promptly and so graciously.

I was excited to try this service and received a $200 gift code for Xmas. a 1 year subscription was $179.99. When trying to use the code online, I was asked to enter credit card information. I didn't want to enter my cc since I had more than enough gift money to cover the year, but I was unable to process the transaction without it. So I called the customer service line. They would not allow me to use the $200 without taking my CC info. They said that if I wanted, I could give them the info, and then cancel the subscription immediately, but I HAD to give the CC info to them in order to cash in on the gift code. DOES THIS MAKE ANY SENSE???? Why should I have to give my cc information for something that is already fully paid for. They stated it is a subscription service and they need to be able to charge me when the gift card runs out. I say you just stop sending product when the gift card runs out! I asked to speak to a manager and they gave me the runaround saying they were all busy, they would say the same thing, they are on the other line, etc etc, and then when I persisted suddenly they had all left for the day but they would "call me back." I would NOT recommend this service to anyone. I'm actually going to call my friend and have her call and cancel the gift card and get her money back. I tried to cancel it myself on her behalf on the phone but they needed her cc number also.....as if I would have her cc number. Terrible company and terrible exeperience.

I am a select member. The products are usually good and I have always been able to customise my box as I want. It's hard to know when your box will be shipped. My latest box was missing some items which have now been shipped 4 weeks after I received the box.

I love FabFitFun! I have received 2 boxes so far and the products are lovely! The only problem I had was that I hadn't traveled in a while and the TSA took away one of my items. I was very sad! I was taking it as a gift to my sister! Everything I have received has been wonderful. I love the most recent winter box! I am in love with the unhide blanket. I recently reached out with some questions and they responded immediately! That is a rarity compared to other companies! I LOVE LOVE LOVE FabFitFun!!!
