I like the whole concept of the box, even though sometimes some products I cannot use because my allergies is worth it. Twice I have billing issues and it was solved in 24hrs cycle.

Amazing company if your package is ever damaged or missing something there not like every where else they will make sure it is FIXED every time I see that charge come off My card it’s like a little kid waiting on Christmas Eve for SANTA to come it’s so exciting they always will make you smile.

I got my first box and was disappointed that it was all beauty products (great high end products) but was looking forward to trying some of their other things. I made a comment on FB about it and FabFitFun actually private messaged me asking how they could assist and informed me I needed to customize more to get certain items! Then even though it was my mistake they offered to send me one of the bigger items to get the experience I was hoping for, I truly couldn’t believe it! That is beyond amazing that they did that for me! Their customer service was beyond friendly and wanted to make sure I was happy, I am so impressed by them honestly most companies would have just said I should have done that on my end but they informed me on how to better my box next time and still sent me one of the bigger items for free! Truly amazing!!! 💜💜

I ordered a mini box on black Monday and started my membership. The mini box was pretty cool, it had a cute travel case with 3 items of skin/haircare products. I love the shower flower infused body scrubber! The leave in hair mask is a great product but the sprayer malfunctions after about 3 sprays. Whoomp whoomp. The big box arrived after much anticipation and to be honest I was less than enthused. For my first big box I opted for the "surprise me" option and it left a lot to be desired. I got another kind of leave in mask which, how much can one person use in a month? And another form of body wash, though not the same it's the same thing. The Swarovski necklace is so cheap looking I would never wear it and the journal is cute but not cute enough. The make up eraser is just a Terry cloth towel but still a great product. For my next box I will customize and see if it is any better.
