EDIT- they "replied" with a generic apology and NO options to make it right. I definitely cancelled and will not go back. This box was the dumbest hodge podge of crap I've EVER received from ANY subscription service! I am extremely disappointed with this box. Packing cubes? A cheap looking necklace? Cream I've never heard of? Setting spray that's not even listed in your magazine? A dumb "rainbow" lip balm that only has 3 colors (none of which are visible when applied) the only acceptable things in this box are the hairbrush and mascara. Sure the items are full sized, but does that even matter when it's something you won't use? I will be cancelling my subscription. I got a mini editor's box in November, which was great, but since then you are 2 for 2 on a waste of my time and money and a major disappointment

NOPE! I thought I'd give this subscription service a try after reading so much about it. Got my first box (winter editors box) and was delighted with all the contents, except a jar of cream looked as if it had been opened/wasn't sealed well and had oozed all over everything else in box. I contacted customer service - tried the chat feature first and it was taking way too long and felt like a runaround. Then I emailed them...they insisted on a picture in spite of my explaining that I was in such a rush to clean up the mess didn't think to take one. Finally they sent me a replacement product...which had the SAME issue. when I called to report the second product problem was told that they would give me a "$10 credit" if I signed back up. No one seemed to understand or care that if I can't count on my products arriving in a satisfactory fashion and have to go through a huge runaround to replace, that no amount of credit will make me want to renew. If the company really cared about its clients, they would make it easier to engage with customer service (move them back stateside where people need jobs and where we actually may be able to communicate with them) and change their policies for defective items.

Horrible service!

I am in receipt of the Spring 2020 Box. I have to say, it's laughable! The value which they attach to the items such as $38.99 for a dishtowel and $99.00 for a cover-up that looks like something you'd get free at a hospital while you're waiting for the doctor to arrive for your annual checkup is an absolute joke! The only reason for the 2 stars was that it was delivered in a nicely packaged box and the customer service rep was very polite. But I'm not willing to pay $50 bucks for a box of goods worth $10 AT THE MOST - so that I can have a nice interaction with a service rep

The customer service was impeccable. The representative I spoke with was friendly, articulate about the situation we were discussing, and was clear and precise with the the information given. I recommend their subscription to anyone who is interested in any of the products

this place must run out of someones basement. the items are cheap and sometimes appear used. I would never buy any of the items they include in their cheap boxes. the customer service is horrible. DONE GO THERE

Love this site and this company! They really pour their heart and soul in finding great products and getting them to subscribers at great deals and with such creativity!!! So appreciative for them. There are so many products that I would have never ever heard of that they introduced me to! Thank you Katie Kitchens and the whole team!! This is an unsolicited review and I’m a real customer!! I’d love to be invited to the next release party again!

First Box for my Birthday!! My present to me! I loved it! I wish I would have ordered long ago...I watch many unboxings on YouTube too...I got the best body oil, Jaboneria Marianella that I have used on my sandpaper hands and it has made them soft again. Loved all my other products. Get this box now!! Would make a great gift I think.
