Customizable? I think not. Not even close! I found this a complete waste of money. Why have one fill out a form to find out their preferences when you don't follow them anyway? A giant one size fits all sweater (no, everyone is NOT one size fits all), rainbow/mood lip gloss, a hair brush, and a cheap gold colored necklace is what I got. By the way fabfitfun... I specified "not much interest in jewelry" and in the comment area, I additionally stated "no gold." Thanks for paying attention to your own guidelines. Won't be trying this again. People please read the reviews for good reason prior to placing an order.

Was very disappointed. Delivery guy left my Box outside in the rain. Even though I was home he never rang the doorbell or Knocked. So once I discovered the Box outside I brought it in and Box was falling apart soaken wet magazine and side was soaked. Also the ads you see on Facebook show way more items in the Box then what you get.

Kept seeing Fab Fit ads on Facebook and since being home more now, I actually watched a video of what was is the box. Was really excited about the Revive Red Light for wrinkles so I decided to purchase a subscription. First, did not like that I couldn’t pick my items first but had to give my credit card information. When I got to the items available it was NOT what I saw celebrities opening in their box on Facebook videos. I don’t need a brush nor do I need a sweater. But, they did have the Revive Red Light so I went ahead w it. Second, a month later I get an email w delivery date. Delivery date came and passed. Contacted customer service in an email and got a nice person but I had to push w many emails to get them to contact Fedex to find out where my box is at. Thirdly, box arrived. NOTHING that I wanted nor had picked. The only reason I joined was for the revive red light and it was not in the box. And got not one but two of the sweaters. Like that was going to make it better. Forth, contacted customer service and they said yes, you picked the Revive red light and we apologize but it’s out of stock now. I said take this all back I don’t want any of it nor the two same sweaters. They offered for me to pick any item they had left ( which is a brush and sweater or nothing of value) or a $25 mystery item. Ummmm. Light is worth more then that. I don’t need another sponge (literally sent me a sponge) nor do I need some spring water spray. I can get my own spring water and throw it on myself. I can send back box, at my own expense for shipping and then they will refund me the $49.99 ( I had got the annual subscription and did refund me the remaining three subscriptions but charged me full price for a box of junk I never picked) I find this to be all false advertisement cus not one thing I saw the celebrities open up n their box is what I got. I literally got stuff I could of picked up at the dollar store! Do NOT waste your time nor money unless you like junk!!! I see I was to get 8 items? I guess sending the same sweater (junkie does not match picture online) twice counts as 8 items?!? And was charged extra for the sweater? I’m calling my credit card company to explain all this to them to see if they can dispute the $49.99 fab fit is still trying to charge me for this junk! Seriously. Do NOT bother and I canNOT believe any celebrity would put their name/reputation to this companies products!!!

BIG scam. This product used to be so great so I stuck with it longer than I should have. It's been about 2 years since I've gotten a decent order so I'm finally deciding to cancel. The boxes are 90% skin care products (I'm 24, how many anti-aging creams do I need) and the other 10% is useless items they didn't advertise, probably because no one would want them. I don't remember the last time I got a workout product ("fabFITfun"), they never send jewelry or clothing anymore, and the last household item I got was a salt grater 3 years ago. On top of all this, I recently got a massive charge to my credit card out of the blue and I didn't know why, so I contacted customer service. *I had been window shopping on their website, loading up my cart with all the products I liked (for fun, of course) and then I left the site without clearing the cart. I DID NOT CONFIRM THE ORDER AND IT GOT SENT ANYWAY. The customer service rep did refund my money as a "courtesy", but it was solely because I pleaded with her about the the global state right now and there was no intention to buy beach towels and lipstick. *if you do not clear your online cart, they will send the order regardless, and as a rule they DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS.*

I just received my FABFITFUN box. I hate it. They advertise so many cool products.. none of which were in my box. Where are the bowls? Where are the robe? Where is the light machine. So sad, they represent themselves so poorly.

BUYER BEWARE! I deeply regret ordering anything from this company. Fabfitfun leaves customers credit card information vulnerable. They do not use PayPal or Venmo to keep their customers payment information secure. Less than 24 hours after giving Fabfitfun my credit card information on Thursday 3/26 - my account was stolen and multiple fraudulent charges were made. I know that Fabfitfun is responsible because I have not given my credit card number for any first time purchases since Christmas except with this company and it started immediately after ordering. I also had an issue with one of the buttons I needed to click during payment and had to reach out to a live chat person to make the payment go through. I wonder if that's the point of contact where my credit card number was stolen (I never willingly gave my credit information to the live chat representative). I just cannot believe a modern company that fulfills probably thousands of online orders, doesn't have a modern. secure way for customers to pay. I am also disappointed that in addition to the hundreds of dollars of fraudulent charges, I also cannot get a refund for the box or close my account with the company. I do not want them to have any of my information even though the credit card has since been cancelled. As a company, you need to rethink the payment options you offer your customers. With all the fraud and identity theft out there, companies need to be doing everything they can to reassure their customers that their personal information will be secure.

This box was awful. I watched so many reviews online and looked at the different possible choices to make sure that it would be worth my money. Clearly the boxes they send to Youtubers to review are filled with the premium products and the rest of us get junk. When you sign up it has you do a quiz to determine the best things to include in your boxes. When my box came it had the three products I was allowed to choose, two of which I didn’t really want but out of the possible choices were the least objectionable. The products they picked for me were HORRIBLE and completely opposite of my survey. I don’t wear makeup and put a note on my quiz specifically saying NO MAKEUP PRODUCTS. They sent me 2 (!) so those are a waste. Another was a brush that is hideous and also some soap sponge that stinks. I also wrote no floral scents on my survey and this smells strongly of old lady flower perfume. I received 8 products, the lowest amount you can receive, and some of the products they clearly inflate the value of to reach that “at least $200 value”. I found them stand alone online for half the price or less. There were so many good products available as options that fit my criteria yet my box was basically filled with things I will throw away or give away. If it wasn’t for the 1 product that I chose that I wanted this box would have been a total waste of money. Thank god I got it for $10 off. Don’t take your chances!

I decided that I wanted to cancel my order because of financial reasons and they were unable to give me any refund or cancel. I wouldn't be so upset except that there was a warning about "all sales final" during checkout, but there was none. I am extremely upset and the customer service person messaging me was hardly apologetic and did not offer anything instead since they could not give me my refund. I do not trust this company and will not be ordering from them again. This whole experience is very upsetting. Most companies allow order cancellations and refunds. I don't see why it would be so hard for them to do the same.
