All the reviews are fake unless you sign up for the yearly membership or they offer influencer better boxes. I did a seasonal box and by the time it was open to customization all the things I actually wanted were gone. Which leave you very little options of all the things no one wants. They repeat tons of items. Don’t believe the hype. You get a lot of Tjmaxx discounted beauty products no one heard of and they claim they are worth $40-50 a piece. Not true I can find them at discount store for a few dollars. All the good items like totes and stoneware or name brand items will be gone before it even open for customization. I would wait just to go on right away and it would still say the good items were all gone.

Hi Jenn, thanks for leaving us a review! All of our members and celebrity influencer receive the same items in their boxes although contents will vary based on their individual customization choices. We're sad to hear our new seasonal items missed the mark for you and we appreciate this feedback. This was our first season introducing "throwbacks" which have less inventory than our new seasonal items and demand was higher than anticipated, which caused the sell-out. We're definitely learning from this first experience with throwbacks, and are working to improve the process in order to avoid setbacks in the future. I was disappointed with my items in the spring box because it didnt include anything I really liked or would use, but Adrian from their customer care team really helped me and was so caring and had me choose 3 items to choose from and then sent it to me free of charge, I was so content.
