Really enjoyed the deals from this box so far. The customization is the best part of it by far.

I am a member since 2013, I loved this box. The subscription was great, I was able to customize 5 items, items were season appropriate and fun. I recommended fab fit fun to all my friends. Then last season, winter 2019, they made some changes. I was only able to customize 3 items and told that if I want to customize 5, then I need to upgrade my level of membership. The responses were cookie cutter and “a glitch” was blamed. I decided to give it another go. Now it’s spring, all my friends have received their boxes and mine hasn’t shipped yet. I’ve emailed 6 times now, have spoken to 3 different reps and I get the same exact copy and paste response “your box will ship within a month”. Their items are repetitive, I have a drawer of useless eyeshadow palettes and more body scrubs than I can use in a lifetime. Looks like this is the end of the road for our long term relationship. Crappy items and terrible customer service for $50 a season? No thanks.

Today ingot my first box. I chose to Purchase add ons to my box and have been very excited to receive this box. I will say at first I was very upset because one if my add ons had leacked all over my box and smelled terrible and very strong. However luckily everything was packaged well and nothing in my box was damaged. I called customer service and they refunded me for the product that leaked. I'm still kind of bummed about the product not being usable any m.j more but very satisfied with my box and the customer service I received.
