Fabfitfun really takes their job seriously. I loved my box. There was one item missing in it. And they took an action to resolve it and sent me my missing item. Unfortunately the item was damaged. So they sent me a replacement. Well long story short they are very professional and friendly and there to resolve your issue. Loved it.

My box had not arrived & it was obvious there was more than just a delay happening. I opened a chat box & the support was prompt & resolution was implemented with an overall genuine attitude.

Very helpful and respectful. Such an uplifting representative. Love speaking with people who love their job.

For the first time in two years, I received a broken item in my FabFitFun box. I sent a quick note and Elaine apologized for the broken product and searched for a replacement. When no replacement was available she quickly offered and processed a refund. GREAT customer service!

I've emailed them 3 times regarding an item that was missing from my box and no one has replied. Its absolutely ridiculously!

I had a damaged item in my box and fff was quick to respond to my email and send me a replacement item out in the mail!

I've had to deal with FFF's customer service on a couple of different occasions, nothing that was the fault of FFF's but a broken shadow palette, and some shipping issues with FedEx. Every time I am just blown away by the level of customer service they provide and how kind they are.
