Renzo was the most helpful and above and beyond customer service rep. He was clear, informative, and explained WHY the issue happened. Then, he made up for it with a credit on top of the refund. Above and beyond. I would want Renzo for every interaction!

Today was the first issue I have had with FFF. The items I will potentially be getting are not at all what I asked for. They are attempting to resolve the issue they caused at the expense of their customer. It is yet to be seen if I will get what I want or the excess product they want to send me. No refund was offered for this mess! You are in thin ice FFF.
