I received a product in my box that had leaked. I sent an email to FabFitFun letting them know what has happened. A few days later I got an email with an apology and that they were mailing me out a new one. I had to send pictures for their records, but they made the process very easy. The staff member that reached out to me was very friendly.

I tried the chat as suggested. The curling iron I received did not have either the stand or the clip fo hold the hair. Travis investigated briefly and then told me he would send out a new one ASAP. He really made my day. My old curling iron is just about had it! it

I had a damaged item in the box that was an eye-shadow palette. I contacted FFF right away and there was an agent helped me to resolve it. It got resolved so quick and smoothly. The FFF's customer service is quite helpful and very professional.

I've been a FabFitFun member for 3 years now and I've been very satisfied with each and every seasonal box I have received! They continue to amaze me! I highly recommend FFF if you want a treat for yourself or to give as a gift!
