I was missing an item in my box. Noah was able to resolve it and let me know it was shipping separately and gave me the tracking number as well!

For the first time in the 4 years I have been receiving FabFitFun, I received a wrong item. I do the annual so I can customize, and really wanted this particular item this time, or I wouldn't have bothered with it, because everything is nice. I sent email, and received a response about the high volume of emails they were dealing with, so it was no problem waiting. I was never forgotten , and received another update, and then got the response. With no hassle at all, Remy, is sending me the correct item. I am so grateful for the kindness , and hassle free solution to the only issue I have had in 4 years of products! Thanks FabFitFun!

I contacted customer service after receiving my FFF fall box and add ons; due to a few issues with a few of my items. I explained my issues and included photos of the effected items. The customer service rep that I dealt with was quick to respond, courteous, and quick to help resolve my issues.

I loved my summer box I ordered the box and then cancelled my subscription due to lack of funds unfortunately. Then today my account was charged (for the fall box) when it should not have been. I called and customer service was able to refund me however it takes 5 days to get a refund when I should not of been charged in the first place. Very disappointed however the customer services worker was very pleasant and was able to help me.
