I had an unfortunate event with my fall 2020 FFF box and I wrote in to ask about it (before I found out), and they were very busy. But finally today I was reached by Zam, and I explained what happened, I didn't blame them, they did their job. I was stolen from and it's never happened before but I literally cried like a baby when Zam from support at FFF said she would send my items again. I never expected that in a million years but I sure appreciate it m more than I can explain. I love Fab Fit Fun and they have always gone above and beyond to assist or help me. I can't say enough. I'm a lifetime member, you can count on that!!

I love FabFitFun, getting my shipments are always exciting but like anything else in life things can go wrong. I was missing items from my June and August shipments. June’s items is now being reshipped. My item for August hasn’t been shipped yet apparently. I received 4 of the exact items in mystery 4 piece t-shirt bundle and wasn’t pleased with this: I asked to have it resent as I wanted the shirts: not 4 identical ones but she said she will credit my account 15 dollars :/ and lastly I have received the same items in my regular mystery bundles 3 times during separate orders and asked to please stop sending the same items. She stated that items rotate out and there is no real way to prevent that from happening.But I feel is not true as I have received the same orange circular single, zippered picnic lunch kit for over a year 3 times. So some things were fixed but not completely resolved.

Please note members run the risk of potentially not liking items that come in the mystery bundles, as the items are unknown until the member receives them.
