Fist time subscriber. I recieved all of the cheapest items. Totally not worth it. I'll definitely be canceling.

I have made many orders with Fabfitfun and am an Annual Member. Only once did I have an item missing from an order. I contacted them and Their Representative, Frank Responded immediately. I sent him a copy of the packing slip and he responded with information on when and how my item will arrive. Could not have gone smoother. Thank you for all you do at Fabfitfun to make our lives a bit better, with your products and Customer Service. -L Cook

They claim an item was in my cart. They charged me and sent me tracking information. I contacted they prior to the item being shipped. They of course waited until the item shipped to refuse the refund. I'm locked out of my account and can't cancel my subscription now. The icing on the cake is the item they're sending me is freaking boob cream. Something I would never use. I haven't logged in since the last add on sale and received all my items in my box. Worse company to deal with. You would think with what they're charging they would have better customer service

I ordered add-ons for my daughter. She was so excited to get them. They never arrived, when I contacted FabFitFun I was told please be patient the items will come. 4 months later the items still never arrived. I had to contact the company AGAIN, and this time was told there was and "error". I feel like FabFitFun just tried to steal money from me, I am a hard working person this is not cool. If it wasn't for me contacting THEM, I would not have known. Review your billing from them and do not let them get away with stealing from you!

I received an item that was damaged and I wasn’t aware until after I used it and had thrown away the box. I signed into my account and found where to get help with the issue. It was so easy and taken care of immediately! I love my FabFitFun boxes! Thank you so much! 💕💕.

Got my Fall box and it was damaged in mail. Everything was in it but one item was damaged. Contacted company and was quickly answered back. Was told what to do and was told that a new item to replace damage item would be sent out asap. But with covid it would take 2 weeks. That is no problem. Efficent and helpful . They were right on it. Thank you Fab Fit Fun

Very disappointed with the company. I switched over from monthly to annual to see if it gets any better but no. Items are not very specific to individuals even if you fill out the surveys they ask to. A lot of useless products sent to you when you specificallly indicate you don’t like stuff like that. Then their sales, even if you log in at the time they open, most of the useful items or ones you would actually use, are always sold out. Then some sales, that were never specified that they apply only to one specific country, you try to log in only to see no items available and then contact support to find out its only for people who live in the USA. The owners of the company don’t really care to resolve issues or customer satisfaction, only care about making their money. I sent sever messages telling them and asking them to see if there is a way to have products in each box to be more specific to individuals, all I basically was too bad so sad. I have my last box coming to me for the winter and after that, I am done. Found another company that cares more about their customer satisfaction and have a much better and larger product line availability. I wouldn’t recommend this line to anyone.
