I received tweezers that were suppose to light up. Upon arrival they didn’t work. I contacted FItFabFun and received an immediate response and they are sending me a new pair of tweezers. I am very impressed with the customer service and how quickly they resolved the issue.

I had an issue with my order and they resolved it quickly. They are awesome. They offer amazing products and they are quick to solve any situation that may arise. Have used them for over a year and will continue to do so.

I bought their summer box, still haven't received it, but then they charged me for the fall box. Really!! This company seems like it's out to get your money and there is no customer service. They have promised and promised my summer box is coming and it is now fall. Big fail on this companies part. I will not do business with them again.

Thank you for the prompt reply to my concerns. I am very happy with the recovery effort, however I do not want another Botkier tote if the handles still smell like diesel. I believe it is the material that is used, not a defect in the product. Also, thank you so much for the room spray and Spongelle in cedar.

Ordered a box in June, it has been saying waiting for shipment for over two months now. I have tried to contact customer service several times w no response. Terrible customer service, cancelling my subscription.

I absolutely love my fab fit fun boxes! I have had 2 issues with delivery, but both times fab fit fun has made the situations right. The live chat customer care team is exceptional at targeting the issue and helping. The boxes are so much fun opening each season, the add ons are a fun way of adding more goodies at a very reasonable price. I have not been disappointed with any of my purchases! It is money well spent and an opportunity to try new products i would otherwise not even know about. They say money can't buy happiness, but it can buy you items like fab fit fun boxes that contain items to make life easier, convenient, help with goals and organization, and help you feel more confident. Those things make me happier!

I just ordered my first FFF box and forgot the promo code and did not get my first pick done correctly! Mori at FFF resolved my issues immediately and was so efficient, friendly, and helpful! She made me more confident about my choice to try this company. There are mixed reviews and I have been on the fence for 6 months. I decided to finally try them after a Labor Day promo on Facebook. After my issue was resolved immediately with no stops. I felt extremely confident in my decision to order my first box! I can’t wait for it to get here, and I read the part that informs you it takes a month! I’m okay with that! Something to look forward to!!! Thank you Mori...FFF she deserves recognition!
