Fabfitfun has amazing products as well as excellent customer service. Highly recommend this company!

This website is an absolute scam. I’ve never gone out of my way to write a bad review for anyone, let alone when I wasn’t even the person to order anything from this companies site. But my girlfriend had an incident a few months back where she liked a hat she had seen on the website & added it to her cart. She DID NOT check out or confirm her purchase, but they went ahead & ordered the hat for her. When this happened I told her to get rid of this account immediately. Any company that just orders things for you simply because you have something in your cart is absurd. She forgot to do so, & thus a few months later had around $240 worth of items she left in the cart & DID NOT check out nor put her card information in & complete her order. They again ordered all of the stuff she had wanted but never finalized the sale on her end. She got the box in the mail & was surprised to see her credit card had been charged $238. In order to get everything refunded back to her card (which they initially fought the idea of doing because “all sales are final”) we had to ship the items back to them. Which cost us another $42 to send back. The agent she was emailing about this return/refund was just blatantly rude & made it sound like this was her fault and all sales are final but they will make an exception “this once” like are you kidding me?! I’ve never heard of an online site EVER in my life that would just order items for you if you left them in your cart..these guys are a joke don’t bother waisting your time or money & if you do...DONT leave ANYTHING in your cart if you’re not prepared to pay for it all after you’ve left it unattended.

I was worried about losing my box choices since my payment was received late but I was assured that everything was fine and ok. I was told about the processing times and also aware that during these covid times shipping my take a little longer. So of course that’s understandable. I was super happy to hear that I will still receive my choices for the box. I was served very kindly.

I did not receive all items in my box. This was my first box and I was expecting more. I called Support and they realized what I was missing. She expediited an order for the items missing while I was on the phone with her. Great service!

Great customer service! Quick to respond and resolve. And left feeling appreciated for the business. Thank you

I ordered a yearly subscription of the fff boxes. I have to say I was bitterly disappointed when I opened it. I got to talk with a lovely advisor named Olive who totally understood what was wrong. I hadn't been given the option to choose three main items so she said to pick them now and they will send them to me free of charge! How wonderful was that! Olive also answered a few of my queries and I really felt so happy afterwards

I understand that their packages will take a lot longer due to COVID. I decided to cancel my subscription and ask for a refund. The package wasn’t even shipped yet but customer service said you offer no refunds. This was very disappointing and now I will never subscribe again. I wanted to give a heads up to anyone who orders a package that there are no refunds.

Well they use pitney bowes to ship packages , who lies about your delivery date I should have had my box yesterday but I don't .
