Tessa was amazing and answered my question efficiently and she was so sweet. I appreciate all her help.

I've been a member since forever, like maybe 7 years and every single other season I say im going to break up but honestly keep it because im addicted to the deeply discounted spongellé (if I can manage to swipe them into my basket at add on an edit sale and I usually get 1 awesome thing worth it raving about in my quarterly box. So my biggest gripe is the short window of notification or reminder they give you about customization and how short it is for annual members. If I forget, I feel like I literally get the bottom of the barrel junk. Who in the freaking world gets excited about cheap cutting boards, cheap scarves, or cheap lip exfoliating stuff? Not me, but it's some of the stuff I got in my latest box I forgot to log on early enough to customize. But hey, i did remember that I was supposed to and it was coincidentally seasonal members time to. So i contact customer service who was sweet as can be and allows me to pick something as a reconciliation prize for my own misfortune of being late to the game. Well that was a month ago. No notification on that process going through. This brings me to my second gripe. The slooooooooooow time of processing and mailing. This company gives new definition to slow mail. I mean even the stuff coming from china is faster than this company. This company is quite literally the worst in shipping. I have gotten used to it but waiting sometimes 6 weeks for items not put in your add-ons or edit sale is just unacceptable. My 3rd gripe is how no one seems to have time on responding to shipping questions referring to a "where is my order" email. Im thoroughly disappointed. I probably spend average $250 a quarter with this company on things I really dont need and I'll probably be better off breaking up and spending my money directly to spongellé and ordering a seasonal box through another company moving forward. Meanwhile, I guess I should hold my breath on my last 3 orders, 2 of which have tracking numbers on them since before Thanksgiving but haven't left your warehouse yet. I also should figure out some different Christmas gifts since I actually ordered add-ons and edit sale just for the holiday. Ugh! And stop blaming covid, you guys have always been slow to respond and ship. I'm also going to leave this here for your management to ponder. My friends and I used to have these favorite things parties where we would bring 3 of the exact same things to a party and exchange our favorite things for someone else's. I used to order from the add on and edit sale. I know i got lots of people to sign up and get subscriptions after a party who have since canceled because of your slow mail process. I've also stopped ordering for favorite things parties because of your slow mail process. The common denominator is SLOW MAIL can ruin you guys. Don't let it ruin you!

FabFitFun is the best ! They carry amazing products, have awesome sales and they have great customer service !

Overrated service. Send me items for which I have no use, i.e. curling wand (I have pixie hair cut). I still have not received my Winter box, but they were quick to take my money! In addition, being a seasonal member, I get the bottom of the barrel products. Nothing left when it's my turn to "personalize" my box.

Efficient and helpful, good service

I was super excited to splurge and try FabFitFun as I’d heard such great stuff. I did about 7-8 add-ons and about 10-12 items in the Black Friday sale. My winter box “ shipped “ on nov 17. Now I know with covid things are slow. Completely understandable. However I wasn’t getting any updates so I contacted them and then got an update it was in a city about an hour and a half from me. Cool. Eventually that update showed up for me. Well still nothing. Contacted again and a few days later I was told it LEFT that city. Cool. So surely it’ll be here soon. That was before December. It’s been 20 days now from when it “shipped” and supposedly almost 10 days ago since it “left” that cities facility and still nothing. Tried to get an update again and I was told that it was actually still in CA and they would have the shipping team contact me. Never got an email. Few days go by and I reach out AGAIN and I was told I would get a new box shipped out (with everything I originally ordered despite those items being sold out) and this new mythical box would ship out in 7-10 days (putting us real close to Christmas if it shipped fast) and again would have 7-10 (you guessed it, probably after Christmas) days to get here once it ships. It’s pretty much all Christmas presents. And I’ve learned my lesson. I asked about expedited shipping and they said they’d “make sure shipping was fast” and a new courier would be used and I’d be notified when it shipped..... uh.... so what about the part where i’ll need to buy replacement gifts or just have nothing to send to family? Because I can’t see my family. So Christmas will be in January? 🤷🏻‍♀️. I know this company is making a lot of money and I also know staff shortages or not if packages are getting lost (because hello that’s most likely what’s happened) 1) please don’t lie. 2) don’t keep using Pitney for shipping???? 3) maybe try and make it up to your costumers with some refunds or extending memberships or something for all this mess? I can see I’m not the only one in this situation. And at this point I just really really really hope SOME of it gets here soon. I know this is first world problems but honestly it was a big financial spurge especially in this year for me to do this and I’m regretting it every day because I’m afraid it’ll be for nothing. I tried listening to my therapist to just do something for myself for once and it’s caused so much stress. I’ve since even tried to reach out to the post office myself to just go pick it up and have had no luck. Ugh. 😭. Don’t trust influencers who obviously have top priority and sell this magical box to you. They sure all had their boxes before the official release with no issues. Lesson learned. Update: so how come I wasn’t notified? Would I not have known that if I didn’t get on here and write this?

The first box we received was very good. The contents all got used and we were happy with the items and value. Each box there after got worse and worse. The last box contained very cheap cutting boards( thrown away) and a Kind bar(1.00 value). No thought went into making the final box we received. So disappointed

Their customer service is excellent and they fixed my problem right away.
