Had an issue with receiving my package. Waited for over a month. Looks like it was stuck at a FedEx hub. Cathy at customer service was able to resolve the issue. Very quick response, and great attention to detail.

UPDATE: FFF reached out, this time found my acct & info, and got my winter box out of shipping purgatory. I finally received it and am happy with the items. TERRIBLE! If you want to know how terrible go to their Facebook page. Still Waiting 45 days after invoice and it hasn’t arrived. At this rate, winter and spring boxes should arrive at the same time. On their website, they blame COVID for shipping delays although other subscription services have no problem delivering (Causebox, Birchbox, barbox). All those companies figured it out. Plus, my stuff shows “awaiting shipping” so the shipping company is not the problem, them actually packaging and sending appears is the problem. Additionally, when I contacted customer service “they can’t find me in the system.” A few other Facebook folks commented account problems too. So many newer and similar subscription boxes out there...Highly DO NOT recommend FabFitFun. There’s nothing Fab or fun about terrible service.

I love the service when I have an issue (which rarely happens.) They are personable, caring, kind and overall just amazing. Products are full of variety, excellent value and I always love when I get my box! Makes my day...literally!

This was my first box and I have to say I was disappointed. I did not receive my mini box in time for Christmas which was very disappointing. I was offered no compensation for the late mini box and the robe in my regular box says it is a large but it is way to small so the best part of my box is useless to me. I am not sure how long I will remain a member because I was disappointed in the quality of the box. It looks nothing like the ones you see these influencers opening in their social media posts. Things seemed to be just literally thrown in the box with a single piece of brown recycled paper thrown on top. The presentation when you open the box was definitely different than what you see when these influencers open theirs. That is disappointing because when you see that on social media that is what your expectation is. Also, doesn't everyone deserve the same quality and experience...especially since we are paying customers and not getting them free in exchange for posting about them? I think so! I posted my box opening and was sad to hear that my experience is not uncommon. Many of my friends had the same experience and have cancelled their memberships. Though the monetary value may be there I just feel like the actual box contents should be shown as they really are because you have an expectation on opening your box only to be disappointed. I'm sure I am only one person so my opinion doesn't really matter but I would encourage you to look through these comments because this is a common concern on this review page. Many people have commented about the December box having "everything thrown in with a single piece of brown paper." Also the robe sizing seems to have been running small which would have been good to know so we could have went up a size so they would fit and we could use them. I expected what I see all over social media from theses influencers and that was definitely not the experience I got! I was very disappointed but will give it one more box to see if anything changes. If not I will definitely cancel my membership.

Received a cheaply made LED mask for $59 (supposedly worth $160) I find the same mask for $19 sold on Walmart.com Customer service sends me a robe to say “sorry” yet the robe doesn’t come with a tie so I can’t even use it. Very disappointed in quality of items lately as I’ve been using FabFitFun for years.
