FabFitFun is an amazing company! I seriously don’t know how they make money with such low prices on HIGH QUALITY products. I joined in November for only $35 and received some wonderful products well worth over $300. Other subscription box products I’ve tried pale in comparison when it comes to overall quality and value. They also have some of the BEST customer service I’ve ever experienced. Although my first box underwent a shipping delay with Pitney Bowes that was out of FFF’s control and I was willing to wait for it, they went above and beyond to make it right anyway. They also didn’t hesitate to do the same when I inquired about a recent FabFitFun Shop order. The only area this company could slightly improve in is shipping speed. A free shipping option is always preferred, but I would be willing to pay a 2-3 day ‘shipping upgrade’ fee on certain boxes or seasonal sale purchases. I know many others would as well. Due to COVID related financial hardship, I’ve had to cancel my subscription boxes and non-essential shopping, but when finances return to normal, I am certain that FabFitFun will be the first subscription box I reactivate (and likely the only for a while). If you’re thinking of giving them a try, you won’t be disappointed. :)
