I had a problem with a gift certificate that I had given to my granddaughter. The problem was my fault but the customer service I received from FabFitFun to resolve the problem was beyond exceptional. The customer service rep followed through until it was resolved satisfactorily. Great service!!

Fab fit fun has the best customer service around. I never have to worry about not being heard or if they are listening. That is something a appreciate so much with this company.

I subscribed too late to be able to customize the winter box and got the left over choices. I signed up too soon to get the $200 bonus box. It is really disappointing. Wish I knew how this all worked.

I wanted to get my wife something for her birthday and thought a subscription box would be a great idea so she’d get gifts throughout the year. After researching extensively I concluded FabFitFun was the best. And so far, I’m convinced it truly is. I made a mistake with sizing and was kindly helped by a customer service rep. No hassle, totally understanding and kind. The items my wife has received are pretty cool too. At least that’s what she’s told me. Def worth the money! She’s happy, I’m happy.

I work with the public and know a first class company. Very easy to contact. They were understanding and fast to correct my issue. I love a company who puts their customers first. FFF puts their customers first!!!!!

We did not show up in the system, hopefully this is fix and we can move forward.

I arrived home from work, excited to see my FFF box on my porch. When I picked it up I could clearly see it was tampered with and retapped. I contacted there live chat and got Lai. She was so personable and understanding. She had the items that were missing resent to me. I voluntarily sent her pictures showing proof as I didn’t want to be portrayed as wanting free things (which she NEVER gave me that feeling) Absolutely amazing customer service FFF
