Really great customer service
Really great customer service! I have been telling all my friends what a great job FFF does! Not only are the products great, but their customer service exceeds expectations in every way. I am so looking forward to my spring box. Thanks for having such a quality product and customer service!!

I wanted to cancel my subscription and they offered options and I declined. Customer service was not pushy but very helpful.

Box delivery mishap
Box delivery mishap, I ordered a box for myself and one for my daughter we never got our boxes, after waiting for 3 months and sending emails over and over again, including copies of our receipts, they told my daughter her box was lost. They never sent mine and tried to tell that I did an upgrade which I did not because I clearly had 2 receipts. I paid for 2 separate boxes, finally they agreed to send us replacement boxes finally.

amazing customer service
Fab Fit Fun has such amazing customer service. I've been a member for three years and anytime I have had issues with my order, a replacement, or a shipping problem, it was resolved within a day of me reaching out. Mistakes and accidents happen, but FabFItFun always makes it right and puts the customer first!

Unhappy that I got charged for a full year...I must have upgraded by mistake...they took care of everything
