Cool company and good customer service
Overall I have never had issues ordering/receiving my packages, even though I am in Canada and it should take a bit longer for them to arrive. The customer service is really good and they try their best to resolve the issue as soon as possible. It’s a fun box that I look forward to every season!

Very accommodating and willing to meet…
Very accommodating and willing to meet me halfway when I wasn’t satisfied with an order. They found creative ways to solve my problem and I came out feeling like I’d benefitted from the whole transaction. Def recommended!

I have never been so disappointed in my…
I have never been so disappointed in my life. I got the lamest stuff ever. One of the items I even picked with my box wasn’t even included. I got a face mask and lipstick nothing special about that at all. Basic. An led mirror... drinking glasses.... cutting boards plastic ones at that. And then a bunch of useless coupons that I can’t even use without signing up for a subscription. Not even close to worth the money. They advertise such great unique fun items on their boxes and this is what you get in real life in the real world. Pathetic. Won’t be getting another box again.

Good customer service in replacing lost…
Good customer service in replacing lost box. Absolutely terrible about providing ACCURATE information about where your box is. (I'm not talking covid-related delays, I'm talking about accuracy as to it's whereabouts.) Way too many emails! Cannot believe I got this fine robe plus other stuff for the price I paid. Hopefully other boxes will be as valuable.

Very dishonest company
Very dishonest company. I ordered the i tro. $29.99 box. My credit card was charged $99.00. I immediately called customer service. I was told, ‘you ordered extra items and there is no refunds.’ I did NOT order extra items. Finally, charges were reversed. I will never do business with FFF again. I followed the instructions on the FFF website...exactly. They bait n’ switch you into ordering extra items under the guise of ‘customizing your box.’ You think you are customizing your regular box! No! Then, you get a huge bill! FFF deletes all their negative reviews. Why? Do not trust this company!

Love Fabfitfun!!!
I love getting my fab fit fun boxes. This is a great subscription service. The boxes are beautiful, you get full size products- a great way to try new products for a great price. Most boxes contain coupons for the products- if you like something you can purchase it from that company. Great communication, easy sire to navigate, sales throughout the season, Highly reccommend this subscription service.
