Great, kind, told the truth!

I was missing a product in my newly received order. I emailed customer service and they got back to me within 24 hours. The product itself was being drop-shipped, so it is coming, but I had no way to check that other than when I initially purchased it, on the items information page. Now I know for future purchases to double check that important detail and make a note. In the end my customer service representative was kind, knowledgeable, helpful and efficient.

I have been having problems since I first subscribed four years ago. I do not recommend their services, as they are not worth the hassle of all of the tech problems and bugs. I have talked to so many people at customer service, and while they are very friendly and help each time, the problems keep reoccurring and it is clear that this company's technology and billing platforms has serious bugs that the outsourced customer service team cannot address. These are not customer service issues but very concerning issues at corporate. The most recent issue is that the interface keeps thinking that I’m a seasonal member when I paid for an annual membership, which means that I do not get the perks I paid for. I have contacted customer three times about this. They keep fixing it and then the problem reverts back again. In fact, I was just billed two weeks ago for a seasonal membership on top of my annual membership, which I paid for only two months ago. And to make matters worse, the tech platform changed the credit card on file to one that I did not authorize. It’s not even my credit card. They charged someone else for my account. This is likely a bigger issue across their platform and I imagine that other customers are having the same problem. However, there is no way to actually contact corporate or anyone other than the outsourced customer support team. I would like to give the company the benefit of the doubt, but it I can't help but wonder if they don't actually want to address these issues. I have spent hours and hours talking with customer service about these issues. It is clear that this company does not care about the quality of their services provided. Something is deeply wrong with their tech and billing platform. Do not subscribe unless you want to have to constantly monitor your account to make sure you are not doubly billed for services or missing notifications. Update: The issues were never resolved. I finally got them to cancel my account but they didn’t even refund me the proper amount. This company is way more hassle than the products and services are worth.
