I didn't receive a product that I thought was going to be included in my box. A customer service representative was able to send me that item free of charge! I am still awaiting the item, but I am very pleased with the customer service provided by fabfitfun.

Placed an order in early November 2020 for a full year subscription and a customized box. Did not receive the box till late January 2021...and only after I checked in several times. The box had not ONE item we customzied--literally grabbed all the lefovers. I wrote in to customer care--or should I say "customer-I-don't-care." Not one person followed up or offered any sincerity. AND, there were delays of days in between communications that I had to keep checking in. This could have been resolved with a promp response, a full and true amends, and making it right by immediately providing what I ordered several months ago. Instead, it ended with me reqeusting a full refund so I can put my dollars into products and people that I care about. My friend also recently stepped away from FABFITFUN. Just not as "FABFITFUN" as it used to be.

These boxes are a lot of fun. Definitely worth it if you are a mom who doesn’t get out much to discover a lot of new products. Get the seasonal plan! You will love getting fun items every few months! It does take a little time getting your first box but the wait is worth it. I did have a little mishap with my box but it was quickly resolved. Plus made up.

Amazing customer service by Ria! Super prompt, fixed my issue, went above and beyond what I asked her to do. All her information was clear and concise, and I for sure breathed a sigh of relief after reading her email. The service never gives me any issues ever, this was my mistake, however I’m so happy to know in the future if something wrong FFF will make right it right in a flash with a smile!!

This is a big scam I was to receive a free gift for answering as a questionnaire just pay shipping I ended up paying $107.89 for what I still do NOT know they came back with a tracking record for the cheap watch which was supposed to be a free gift saying that was what I was billed for. Scam Scam Scam!
