I have a 6 year old granddaughter and she was playing with my phone and bought a year subscription. I emailed FabFitFun and let them know what happened and they took care of refunding me. I love this company when I don't want somthing in my box I save it and give out little gifts for my daughter and friends! Love it!!!

Adi was very kind and responded quickly when I had trouble logging in. I always enjoy my box and the variety of things I get. Over the years, I’ve re-purchased many things I’ve received in boxes and have some skincare products that are my daily ritual.

Disappointed. I have been waiting until annual customers could begin to customize and within the first hour or two the 2 items I wanted were “out of stock” I am really disappointed with Fff. Did you not order enough product? Those were my 2 choices for the whole box. Items left are fine but, if I knew I would not have subscribed to an annual subscription. Real bummer. I will be cancelling but, I paid up front for annual. Lessons learned I guess.

I recieved an email regarding my past low review on trust pilot and was put it touch with someone who solved my issue.

Had a technical issue on-line. Received excellent customer service- fast response, and the agent didn't leave me till my problem was resolved!

Reactivated my subscription and paid for winter box late December 2020. Website said that most boxes are shipped within a month of billing. Early February, no box or any shipping info received. Called FFF, and Rep said my order had never been processed. Offered me a Spring 2021 box plus a $15 comp and I said to pls refund my account and cancel my sub. I will not use FFF again - how lame is it that they take your money and then never send you the box. No notification whatsoever. Thieves as far as I’m concerned. (The Rep I spoke with was very nice and apologetic, I have no problem with him).

Excellent friendly fast service. Responded to my email within hours. Quite impressed with there products as well.
