Disappointed in the 2021 Spring Box. Usually the boxes are great but the last TWO I have gotten were filled with cheap useless stuff. Unfortunately I paid for the whole year. Super disappointed and now I have to get rid of this stuff I don’t want. So wasteful all around.

I'm glad I'm not the only one that was deeply disappointed in the Spring 2021 box. It was filled with items that looked as if they came from a clearance bin at a thrift store. I expected a "WOW" factor from the curated items from FFF, and I got it in a bad way. WOW, these items are cheaply made, out of left field (a cactus shaped plastic water bottle???) and things I would definitely not refer to a friend. I am hoping for improvement in the next box.

Spring Box 2021 is a joke. I’ve been an annual subscriber for years and I’m disappointed in FFF’s downward trend. It’s as if it has become so successful that they can fill their once cool and good value boxes with random crap. Some of the items I customized are fine. The other stuff is like the clearance rack at Marshall’s. I know the company will say they try to feature diverse items from up and coming companies, blah, blah, sure okay, but I can get random stuff for much cheaper on my own. For example, who over the age of 10 wears daisy flower clips in their hair? Maybe for a festival or Halloween but who was excited to get these? And the quality? “Designed with love in New York” but more like “made for pennies in Vietnam.” Ditto for the reusable face thingies. Up your game or I’m leaving.

Still have not received my Winter box. I am an annual subscriber and I have sent customer service an email twice and both times I get the same standard response. My Spring box came today and I was disappointed. I used to be a FabFitFun subscriber a couple years ago and decided to try them out again with an annual subscription. After the Spring box, I am not looking forward to the future boxes. I hope they exceed my expectations. So I guess I will just wait until whenever to get my Winter box, which should have been delivered by now but FedEx still has pending on the site. Not great customer service FabFitFun!

I just received my spring 2021 box. What a disappointment! Cheap stuff and a watch that doesn't work. Really? Here's the best part, I received a packet of seeds, seeds! What has happened to your company? I used to sing praises about you all but this box is a joke! Shame! I won't be renewing my annual subscription. I work hard for my money and I'm not wasting it on this nonsense any longer. Terrible!

I tried a whole year plus one season of FabFitFun- Save your Money! What they say items are worth is a Joke. $25 for a reusable net tote??? $40 for a Random umbrella??? A couple of boxes ago I received an item listed for $199. On ebay tons of that item was listed for $3. Look at what they are giving out in boxes- if you like a item or 2 go to ebay, mercari etc and you can get it for $5 Save your $$$

I have had an annual membership (as a gift for me and my sister for over 5 years now). We decided how fun would it be to give this to each other and enjoy unboxing together as we live in different countries Canada and USA. Only this is turning into a nightmare. Can’t tell you how dissatisfied I have been with my overall experience. The website states that after "successful payment" You should receive your box. "Successful payment" was long ago and still no box or better yet they have even lost my box. But the absolute kicker is I do actual like some of the stuff I get, (when I actually get my choices) and as a result some of my friends and other family members have joined and they always receive their box like almost a month before me. Ugh like how disappointing is that. Not only do they receive it but they get their first choices almost always and they never have add ons????? Like what is going on here???? Even more disappointing when I call in to ask what is going on they have no idea what had happened because these poor customer service people really are not helpful. Even though they try, it is just complete verbatim of how to deal with a customer, no common sense strategies at all. If a mistake has happened and the box wasn’t received then own it figure out an alternative. It’s not hard. I've tried emailing but just get a standard answer repeating what it says on their website about shipping. I'd really like to call more often but if costs me more money to call and figure things out because I am left to pay the long distance bill when they take 45 mins to an hour to figure out what’s wrong and have me explain what happened to different people ugh!!!! Like why not take my number down and call me back knowing I’m calling from Canada and it’s costing me money. Not to mention Fabfitfun’s idea of rectifying the situation it to just give me a credit on my next order for $25 like really I just spent almost $500 between membership and add-ons and your want to credit me only $25 I really don’t understand. So what is the point of me continuing to keep giving this company chances to rectify thing if the facts are; 1.I can never get my first pick of something it’s either limited qualities or not available anymore 2. I always get some add-on taken of due to low stock 3. I always receive my box late by a month 4. Sometimes I don’t even get my box at all and have to wait even longer until the next box schedule. I wish I'd read all the independent reviews before I renewed this year. I will say they have some awesome products and when things run smoothly it’s awesome, but this is getting to be too much. Think this will be my last year I’m better off just purchasing the products I know my sister and I have come to like and not share in this (what was supposed to be fun) disaster.

I was so excited for this....I prepaid for an annual membership. I did not customize my first box because I thought I would take the gamble and see what was chosen for me. Bad idea....There are two things I would use and the rest are definitely not age appropriate for a 40 year old. A sunflower bucket hat, cactus drinking cup, too small slippers, a CZ tennis bracelet trinket. What a bummer! Your canned, impersonal comment is more infuriating and even more to the point that fab fit fun could care less about the personal customer.
