I just was able to pick customize my spring seasonal. I am so disappointed in what I had to choose from. There were only 3 selections and the others had an extra 15.00. I will be canceling after I get this box. I loved my first 2 the 3rd was okay but this one is the worse.

I ordered an annual membership (as a gift for my mom). The website says (in several places and in several ways) that after "successful payment" I should get my first box. "Successful payment" was 56 days ago and still no shipment date. I've tried emailing but just get a standard answer repeating what it says on their website about shipping. I'd really like to call... but can't find a phone number. I will say that when it comes to trying to sell me more stuff they are AMAZING at communication. At least three times a week they'll send me an email wanting to know if I'd like more of my "favorite products". It's kinda hard to say, BECAUSE I'VE NEVER RECIEVED ANYTHING!!! I wish I'd read the independent reviews before I ordered....

This is the worst customer service experience of my life! I cancelled my subscription ;or so I thought) online. Was still charged for an entire year and was told there was nothing I could do about it. I cancelled knowing I was moving and told them they had the wrong address. It took me 6 times repeating my new address before he got it right. I had to search for a phone number as my chats with customer care went unanswered. I would NEVER recommend anyone do business with these scam artists.

PLEASE READ MY REVIEW. This is my first time doing this. I feel so disappointment with this company. I cancel my account 4 months ago and they still charge me $49.99 for 3 months a total of $149.85. They didn’t even send me my packages or box. I call and they told me they can’t do anything about it even I told them I can send them a copy of my bank account to show them the charges and if I can talk to a manger in a nice way and they told me there is no manager and no one can help me out . They even said they will not give me my money back even if I didn’t get no packages or box. Right now my bank will help me get my money back and I had to cancel my bank card so they can stop charging me and I have to fill out a form for fraud because this company is stealing money from my bank account with out my consent. Please be very very careful with company . What’s going on with me I don’t wish this to anyone . This company is very disappointment to me for stealing money from my account without my consent and not having the right staff to help me .

Shipped to wrong address, canceled subscription and yet now informed I have been charged and another box is shipping, excessive use of packaging, same types of beauty products every time...this a hard NO

Fabfitfun is like a stalker ex. We “dated” for several years. Loved them until I didn’t and want to cancel my subscription. Then it was borderline abuse. They would not go away! Just when I thought I was unsubscribed and they were out of my life... bam! Another $200 charge showed up on my card for an annual subscription. (At the worst possible time due to being out of work during a pandemic.) After waiting on hold for at least 20 minutes (Surely because others have had the same issues.) I finally talked to someone but though a staticky connection (terrified I was going to get disconnected and have to start all over again) to have the charges refunded. They tried to say they don’t “typically” refund subscriptions but agreed to since I (barely because they charged during a seasonal box period of time) hadn’t used any of it. They cancelled my subscription AGAIN and I informed the customer service agent that I wanted my account completely deleted.. No emails... No charges... No boxes! I think it FINALLY worked because I can’t log in with that email anymore. Just to be safe I called my financial institution and put a block on this business like having to put a protective order on a crazy stalker ex. I would have given them more stars for their products but no product in the world is worth the nightmare that their business practices are. Be gone!

I’ve been an annual member for a couple of years. Always doing add ons etc. THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! You can never get in touch with anyone. They don’t respond to emails. Most of their products are great ... just hope you never have an issue and need help with.

My first box was winter 2020, at the time I was a seasonal member so I got my 3 customisations and the. They chose 5 more products for me. The reason I initially signed up is because FFF is partners with Kate Spade and Lily Pulitzer both are brands I’ve previous owned and loved. The Lily Pulitzer tea cup set in the winter 2020 box sold me over and I ordered. I made my order mid November 2020 and received my box mid December (I am an international customer so this is very impressive timing). When the box arrived it had all of my selections which I was really excited for, plus 5 other products. One of the products I wasn’t too keen on and fed that back on my fabfitfun box rating. The others were good products, but I was obviously most excited about my picks. Fast forward to Spring 2021. When the spring 2021 sneak peaks came out I saw the Alice and Olivia daisy print duffel bag. I’ve never purchased and Alice and Olivia products before but I loved the bag and wanted to ensure I got it. So I decided to upgrade my membership to an annual membership to have the earlier selection. When the selection came around I knew which products I was going to select from each category (I watched some YouTube videos to see what their partner influences had received). I logged on and made my selections. I got to select the duffle bag!! The one thing I did notice that some of the offered selection products were missing in category 1 and 3. Category 1 the indoor planter was missing from the selection and in category 3 the hair mask was missing. I originally was going to select the hair mask but since it wasn’t an option I chose an eye serum instead. I thought it was strange that some selections were missing but it didn’t really impact my order. I figured it may have been a technical glitch, I logged on 2 minutes after the annual selections opened so I didn’t think they would be sold out. But again for me this wasn’t a major concern. I did add on a few extras to my box (an extra choose from customisation 2 and a mystery bundle). I didn’t really know about adding on the extra choices from the customisation categories the first time I purchased the box. I saw that you could add the second product jun the category but didn’t realise you would get it for a discounted price! (I learned this after the fact watching some unboxing videos on YouTube). This is something I think FFF should promote more as it’s quite a cool perk. I really wanted to make sure I got the duffle so I checked my customisations each day after selecting (probably a little too over the top!) and they all seemed in order. Finally the submission say came and I checked again after the customisations closed. When I checked this time all my customisations had changed to random things and my add ins had also been switched. This did panic me a little so I decided to contact FFF using their live chat feature. I had to wait a few minutes as I was 66th in the queue. Now this seems quite high but it did only take a few minutes to get to the 1st spot in the queue. I was connected to Nico one of their customer service representatives. He was very polite and friendly and assured me that there was a technical glitch currently on the display page, the team knew and were quickly trying to sort it out. I asked Nico if he would be able to confirm which choices had been entered on their system for me and he was able to do so. All of the customisations saved in their system were the ones I had originally picked (good news!). Nico was very encouraging about the choice in my box and asked if there was any other support he could provide. Overall it was a very positive experience talking to him. I really appreciated this as when companies have poor customer service it really puts me off them. FFF customer service seems top notch. I now look forward to receiving my spring 2021 FFF box and add ons. It’s good to remember that sometimes glitches do happen and what is important is how a company deals with them. I’m very pleased with the way FFF deals with the customers and their services. I have read other FFF reviews both positive and negative and I’ve also seen FFF reach out to their customers to support them with this. I’ve also noticed quite a few negative comments still do recognise FFFs good customer service, which I incredible for someone who has a big enough issue to post a public complaint to still recognise that they their doing a good job in this area. So well done FFF on your great customer service and in my opinion your good service and box selections/ options. If you like surprises/ getting packages/ cute home stuff/ beauty products/ designers like Kate Spade, Lily Pulitzer, then I would recommend this box to you. There are better perks with the annual box but the seasonal box is great too. The cost compared to the product is a great value and it’s always nice to be surprised!!
