I wanted to cancel my subscription with FabFitFun because my subscription box didn’t seem to have most of the items everyone was chatting about and in the booklet that was included in my box. Yes the items were full sizes but mine lacked. Poly A. Was very efficient in helping me with canceling. Most pleasant to work with.

Both of my boxes have been lost by the delivery service they have chosen (On Trac). This second time they are having to find my package or send me a whole new box. It’s just more trouble than it’s worth at this point. There are other subscription boxes that I don’t have to spend all of my time trying to track down.

I love FFF and their employees.

I don't really bother cs a lot I know the rules and respect it. Yet over the many yrs being w this co I do occasionally run into a mishap. I'm not perfect. As much as I try to follow rules and all occasionally I make a mistake and when they been big ones I had to have dealt w i contact cs explain the situation and request help and never have a problem. I'm sure the fact of me being a long stand customer and appreciate how they work w rules and policy does help. Yet the couple ties I do need help and I mean expensive problem we come to terms and work it out. I literally made a $1000+ order accident. Some co out here would b oh well. Not this 1. We figured compromise negotiate and I was happy at end. Today had issue again my as big lol but immediately again they felt my pain and helped. I love them for all they do. Products and people THANKS ILL B BK SOON

I ordered a trial FABFITFUN in December 2020. Once I received in January 2021, I immediately canceled the subscription due to the contents being cheap and not worth the money. They continued charging my card and sent the spring box. It has been very difficult to try to get the issue resolved. ( still not resolved ) Absolutely NOT worth the money or hassle.

They are helpful and understand when you need to change diverging. They also update you on your account

I used to love my fab fit box. What’s happened to fab fit fun? It used to be a big box filled with 10 to 12 items. And they were great items. You now get six or seven mediocre items, not worth the money anymore. I will be canceling my subscription.
