FabFitFunReviews of fabfitfun.com

I was a little hesitant about getting involved with subscribing to 'boxs' but FabFitFun is over the top FABULOUS!! I am like a little girl opening the box each time AND when its time to choose the products of my choice I get so excited the days before. I was missing a product this time around, emailed the company & within 1 hour got a response telling me my product was on its way. No questions asked. Hands down the BEST thing I have ever done for myself is FabFitFun!!

Excellent customer service experience! My package was likely stolen or a shipper made a mistake and someone else is enjoying my FabFitFun box. They were able to replace my lost/stolen item without giving me a huge hassle about it. After having awful experiences with other companies this year, this one really stood out. A company is more than it's products, it's also the client services department and dealing with the issues that arise from regular business. This company has it all <3

Not worth the money - Perhaps if you pay the extra fee to "customize" your box, it might be worth it. The items you receive otherwise are not what you see being advertised and for most, are pretty useless, with cheaper alternatives. I don't see where a purple cactus cup is worth 49.99, even with free shipping.

I clicked on a facebook link where FFF advertised a free mini box if you reactivate your subscription. Nowhere on the ad did it say for *annual members only*. I am a seasonal customer. The customer service rep was very friendly though and added $10 in credits to my account for the inconvenience. So my gripe is really with the marketing team. Make sure people know what to expect when you advertise a promo like that.

I contacted the customer service regarding a change I wanted and the CSR Jason helped me with it exceptionally well. He provided detailed and clear info and resolved my issue. Great experience overall.

You guys were understanding, kind and patient. I got my issue resolved within min.

FFF is great, they have helped out both times I had issues. They resolve them quickly and work on ways to make the customer feel very cared for!

This was my second box from FabFitFun. I lusted after the beautiful watch and got it in my box. The only problem was it was broken. I contacted FabFitFun and within 5 minutes everything was resolved. I'm getting a new watch!!!!!! No hassle, no pain ~ my customer service rep PH was amazing.
