Great customer service!

FFF has excellent customer service.

An order was sent to the wrong address by a contractor working for FedEx. The people living at that address did not return the product to sender, the contractor or FedEx. I emailed FabFitFun using the form they provided and received a response within 24 hours. The only solution was to either resend the product or refund it and that was done immediately without any additional stress because I was able to include all pertinent information required on the original request form.

Adam was great! Very helpful and informative. I received a quick response from a real person which was nice.

My neighbors dog ripped apart my Spring Box destroying the items inside. I contacted FabFitFun not knowing if the box could be replaced or if I would have to pay for the replacement box. I contact them via chat and was able to send pictures showing the destruction and my box is being resent with no charge. Jamie the Customer Service Rep was kind and helpful and it made the entire experience as pleasant as it could be.

I received an item that was broken in my recent box order. I emailed FabFitFun upon noticing the damaged item. I received a personal, professional, and knowledgeable response from a FabFitFun team member in less than 12 hours. Not only were they extremely responsive, they are replacing the damaged item and just asked that I send a photo of the damaged item for their records. I’m not a person who typically complains about anything, so I do not have many customer service interactions to compare to, however the experience I had with FabFitFun I feel was top notch.

I was having an issue figuring out if my promo code went through. Sarah, the FFF customer service representative I spoke to, was able to answer my question very quickly. I didn't have to sit on hold at all! I am thrilled with FFF's customer service!

I love fab fit fun! Great products and amazing costumer service. What more could you ask for?!
