Honestly fantastic. Not only was the quality of the stuff inside the box amazing with a curated selection that lit up my wife's eyes, but canceling my subscription was easy enough as sending one email. It was an honestly a really great experience.

Had a hiccup with my order, emailed to say something was wrong. Dealt with same day (Sunday) very polite and friendly customer service adviser and problem sorted straight away. Super service happy customer. Highly recommend this company.

I didn’t know I was still had a subscription since the Fall/Winter box was a gift and had a surprise charge in my account and if I had known I was getting the box I could of picked my items but I wasn’t able pick them and didn’t like anything I got but they let me pick two item so that made it a little better for me

The website wasn't working properly and I needed to update my shipping information immediately. I sent an email off to customer service and the response was swift and they took care of my issue promptly. Very friendly and efficient. Their customer email interactions are a little pre-formatted which is the only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5.
