FabFitFun is a box my friends and I look forward to receiving. It is a 5 star company all around, from the items to the customer service!

I absolutely loved and raved about fff a few years ago when I started. But all of 2020 and this year have been so poorly put together. They sent me the wrong product so I sent it back to get a credit but NO credit is there and that was last fall. I also had to call multiple times just to get one of my boxes shipped over a month past the time line. And things just look they are thrown in the boxes now instead being packaged amazingly like they did before Covid hit. They have gone down hill. I’m not sure they are worth it anymore!

They charged my card the next season when I specifically signed up for a one time purchase. Once they charge you (without any warning by the way) you cannot return or get a refund. You also can't choose the items in your box at that point. I'm so upset by this, and now I have a 50$ box of crap I don't like. They have nice things but terrible practice and customer service.

Hi Ver! Thanks for taking the time to leave a review! We are a seasonal subscription box service so we do not offer a one time box, however, members can always cancel their membership at any time. If you have any additional questions please reach back out to us.

Shady practices. Purchased gift certificate for my daughter for Christmas. They charged her credit card when she used the gift certificate. Terrible customer service.

Highly suspect that all of the 5 star reviews are “ invited” . That is not organic . If you look on Facebook , the reviews do not correlate to these reviews . Lots of delivery , not getting customizations and over selling of product
