Happy Annual Customer! My opinion, GREAT Customer Service! I recently purchased the 3L Long Drink dog bowl, so I thought. To make a long story short… Got on Live chat with Customer Service, Package “MIA” and Sold-out! They apologized and gave me a refund! What more can you ask for ☺️

I am new to FFF and have been unable to rate my box. I was so frustrated. I emailed the FFF team about this and CJ responded with helpful information and empathy!

Thank you for clearing up the misunderstanding that I had. Both Zach and Cathy did a great job of helping me. I know the GF will love her new items.

I had always wanted to be annual. So, I took advantage of the free first box with the annual subscription. However, I wanted to get the tarte moisturizer from the summer box. I had confirmed with CS about the availability prior to purchasing the subscription but when I bought the subscription, I saw the item as unavailable. That’s when I contacted CS and he fixed the situation immediately. I got to choose all 6 items and will be sent the tarte for free separately. Double win!!!

I am very up but not with you at fff it is not your fault that the FedEx gave my order to someone else and claimed it was my address! I just get so tired of lazy postal workers FedEx workers! I will have to again file a complaint on Tuesday because they said I got my head and neck pillow which I really needed from you!

I accidentally purchased this product and when I called I was offered to keep the box and get 50 % refund. Which made me happy.

Two days worth of threads regarding MLM option concerns with no real answers, the blanket deletion of the one focused on FFF's lack of response and the unbelievable tone-deafness of removing the best Summer item, the cooler, from boxes only to have them in a following add on sale caused my cancellation. My money doesn't support MLMs or dishonest third parties who promote them.
