I used FabFitFun customer experience today, and I was reminded that the customer service at FFF is top notch. I have been a member for a number of years now, and I rarely have needed to engage customer service. But on the rare experience, it's been very efficient and quick, with a resolution sorted out in no-time!

I was going to cancel membership. The site would not let me reset password. I do not use alot of the things in the boxes sent and donated or gave them away. I learned about swapping and credits towards something, I would use. Password problem taken care of by calling. MJ was clear, efficient and informed me of information about the site, I did not know. I am very satisfied!

Well I did cancel my seasonal because right now we’re paying for our daughters wedding (I bought her the annual in spring) the chat popped up and we talked, she couldn’t offer any discounts because there aren’t any right now except the 135.00 mystery gift but that’s ok wedding or not a mom needs to spoil herself too occasionally:)

Customer service is always great - we could learn something from you in the UK. Advisors are always so friendly and super helpful- very efficient and sort things for me quickly and without fuss. Thank you

I love FFF so I gave it 4 stars. The reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because of billing issues a couple of times, one of which took forever to resolve and the packaging of the boxes is not as nice as it used to be. The boxes used to come all nestled in shredded brown paper but now they just come in the box with plain brown paper on top. I almost cancelled my subscription over the cactus cup which I did not like at all and was surprised something as cheap looking as that was in there. But I stuck it out and the next box was better. Recently I clicked the upgrade button thinking it would take me to a page where it would give me the price to upgrade and then I could click the button to confirm but it didn’t. It just charged me right away for the upgrade and I didn’t even know the price. The next day there was a promotion to get bonus products when you upgrade so I chatted with a representative and she was able to get me the promotion even though I missed it by one day. A few details I’ve had to work out but I’ve enjoyed getting my box full of quality products.

I ordered a blanket and the pictures shown were of a beautiful rose pink blanket. When I received it I was so disappointed. It was a washed out dirty looking faded color. It looked 20 years old and like it had been washed with dirty blue Jeans or rugs. It was for a baby shower gift and I was so excited to give her this ultra soft beautiful rose pink blanket. Needless to say I had to go shopping for another gift because I would have been too embarrassed to give this as a gift. I sent an email to FFF and within 24 hrs I received a reply from Bucky R addressing my problem with the blanket and offered me a solution to fix the issue. He was so professional and very helpful with his knowledge of what he could do for me. With great customer service becoming a thing of the past I want to "thank you" for employing people like Bucky to work on your team of customer service representatives. He has your company's best interests at hand. Thank you again!

I think you have some awful reps on your staff. Kelsey from siesta isn't such a great rep for the new age of women. She doesn't take any responsibility for the way she treated anyone last season and this season. I won't buy any of her products. I think moving forward it should be women encouraging women. Not "oh a bikini line was mine first and now I'm going to tear down you and your boyfriend to hurt you". Kelsey was my favorite and I actually did not like Juliette for the first 2 seasons but now I see. I would not want a friend like Kelsey. Go Juliette, i know you have made mistakes but you are a beautiful soul and a standup woman. Good luck to all of you though. And Brandon, STOP LYING TO YOUR WOMEN!
