I love fabfitfun. I have a suggestion to allow people to choose seasons in their accounts, rather than canceling and restarting their subscription over and over. Which is quite cumbersome. I only want fall and winter boxes and if I forget to sign back up, I miss out.

Bait and switch! Items advertised not in stock! Customer service is bad. Does not give you the right info when inquiring about a replacement item or shipping. Not worth it!!!! Many other boxes out there to try. Post fab fit fun feedback - I ordered the day the box became available to order from abs already the items were out of stock! How can you advertise products that are not in stock! That’s I false advertisement, Bait and Switch! Taking peoples money for advertised products that are not available is a scam.

Somehow, l managed to put a product into my basket and l didn't realise my mistake until l was billed. I emailed Fff and the issue was resolved immediately and efficiently. The payment was cancelled and l didn't have to worry. So, thank you.

I ordered for the first time after my friend rave about it and I used one the product she got and I love it, as I order I had a promotion coupon but when the payment was processed something happened and it didn't got applied charging the original amount. I contact customer service via email and I was pleasantly surprised of the fast response and the help and how they refunded my discount in a professional manner. Very impress as now a day a lot of company with online bases don't care about customer service.

Items in the box are really junky for what they advertise. But what really got me was the atrocious customer service. I tried to change my shipping address and after more than 20 emails the issue was not solved. Despite the ongoing exchange they shipped out the box anyway, which immediately just went into the trash upon reaching the wrong destination. It took another seven emails just to cancel. Would never recommend
