Fabulous Customer service when my item came in the mail damaged. My customer service agent, Sarah, was apologetic and sent a replacement in the mail immediately. She was clear with what I needed to do to show evidence that my item was damaged via email.

I had signed up, forgot about it, then found myself being charged later on during box delivery time. Although I really wanted to get this box as a gift for someone, I knew I couldn’t afford it. Customer service answered (yes, a real live person!) and they helped me get a refund right away. This integrity to good service would make me more likely to return and start the subscription again when I’m more likely to afford it. Customer service in this company is golden. Side note: I myself have received this subscription as a gift, and it’s such an exciting thing to receive. I have enjoyed it very much, and I’m not a very material person. It’s really cool.

Amazing customer service and amazing boxes thoughtfully curated items.

I received an item that stopped working within 24 hours of receiving it. Earvie immediately initiated a reshipment (within hours of my initial message), no questions asked (other than a picture of the defective product). Easiest, most quickly resolved customer service issue I’ve ever had to deal with!

I knew after the winter box that I had been sent add-ons I didn’t choose but I didnt take screen shots after purchasing. I confirmed with the Spring box that I was not only charged for and sent THREE items I didnt add-on, and one item I added on that I didn’t receive. Thats not why I’m giving them two stars. I’m giving them two stars because when I contacted the company their response was that I could ship the items back at my own cost. Terrible. You charge me and send me extra junk (nothing was worth keeping) that I didn’t choose and you tell me I have to pay to send it back? Customizations opened for the next box and I wasn’t even excited about half of the options. I’m working on cancelling my subscription. You’ve got some work to do, FabFitFun.

Great customer service!

Love the contents in the boxes. I subscribed to a monthly subscription that I paid monthly for mostly makeup items that were trial size. These boxes actually cost less per month/yearly payment than the other subscription and I get a variety of FULL size products! Worth the money and always nice products. And customer service is great.
