Excellent customer service

I find it unclear with customizing my box. Last bix i did not and was very disappointed with product. This time i did but it kept going with pick 2 of $10 or $7 items, i thought were box choices and ended up with extra $114 bill. Just not clear process but i am almost done with these so will suffer through. The customer service girl was wonderful

Have always received outstanding customer service from FFF. They are an honest and reputable company.

I purchased a one year gift subscription for my aunt. She loved it, but after the 1st year Fabfitfun renewed the subscription without notifying me or my authorization. I only recently figured this out, the 3rd year of this subscription. I will never use this as a gift again.

When a company understands customer service, nothing makes me happier. I missed the deadline to customize my box ( I am an annual member) and after reaching out to CS I was able to customize my box with the help of an agent. When you pay for something like this you want to get use out of it and their help made that possible. also love the products and company as a whole, A+!

Being an annual member is great because you get to choose more of your items. I have gotten several items that I am excited to try and found brands I love. I love getting my FFF box every 4 months!

I have had some very helpful customer care people today from FabFitFun. I talked on the phone with a lady named Jade. She was so very helpful and was a pleasure working with her on the phone. I also have been emailing back and forth yesterday and today with Philip T. I had emailed him earlier concerning the "Add-ons". I just got into the "Add-Ons" last night because there was some reason I could not access it until yesterday. Well, it closed last night at 11:59PT. I had put a lot of things in my cart because I wanted to look at each and compare and then I would delete some of the items. I could not get into it late last night because it had closed. I was in a panic because I had over five hundred dollars extra items in there. I emailed FFF and got Philip T. He was able to "Hand Type" ALL the items I had entered into my cart. I went through the list and deleted out the things I didn't want. Philip had sent me an email about 20 minutes before I talked to Jade and I had not seen it when I called in. It was such a relief to me to know that I didn't have all that in my cart to buy, because I didn't have that much money to spend on extra stuff. Philip even totalled the cart up and had the amount in the email. I just want to say that Philip T went way above what he should have done and was very nice and pleasant with me. I take it that PHILIP T LIKES HIS JOB WITH FFF because he showed it to me tonight. Thanks again Philip T. You are a great customer care team player and deserved an A+ or 10*.
