Contacted customer service to ask about 2 items that were missing from my box that I had just received. The first agent, seemed to be helpful and then hung up!!! Agent # 2 resolved my issue and said my items would be delivered from the supplier. However might take up to a month!!! Crazy huh?? I think they should have mentioned this before I purchased them!! Agent gave me all information to track my order. Very apologetic too.
