Started out as a great box but lately I find that I'm not overly excited about the products being offered anymore. Also, I clicked swap for credit on my last box a few days after customization opened. Shortly afterwards, the credit showed up on my account and I was told I would be getting a confirmation. Just logged into my account today and saw that the swap for credit was reversed and never went through. So not only am I getting a box that I did not want but probably will get all the leftover product because I didn't customize. If there was an issue with my swap for credit I should have been informed immediately so I could have at least have gone back in to customize while I still had time. Just cancelled my annual subscription today. Update: Wanted to add that customer service did reach out to me after posting this. I was told there's nothing they can do since my box had already shipped but they did give me a $15 credit. I still wish I would have gotten notification that day instead of 11 days later that my swipe for credit did not go through, but at least an attempt was made to make it right.

I used to love the FabFitFun boxes and eagerly awaited each shipment. But my last two boxes have been a disappointment. Yeah, it's great to get to customize your box, but the product offerings just don't appeal to me anymore. You still get a lot of items for the cost but when half of them won't ever be used...it's just not worth it anymore.

I have been with FabFitFun for years. Their customer service is unbelievable. I guess that's why they have so many stars on this site. I never realized how rare that was until I ran into an issue with Boxycharm and was tossed aside like I didn't matter. I then realized Fabfitfun is a rare find in a company. From sales to their box to what really matters which is how they treat their customers. I will be a FabFitFun member for life. I spend tons of money when the shop opens and they always have super great deals. If you ever have any issues they will help you even if it goes against their policy. I had an issue one time out of years of being with them and they said it was not policy for refund but they made an exception. This was about 7 months ago. I love places who still care about the little people. Its not when you don't have issues with something but its when you do that you truly know how good a company really is. As much money as they make they still accommodate everyone they can. Their business model is awesome and I am happy to be a member. Also they have great deals to stock up on for Christmas gifts and birthday gifts! Absolutely amazing company.

ANOTHER product restricted for the UK without any logical reason. CS advised that the Uncommon James cannisters in the Add Ons were legally restricted from being exported to the UK. But at the same time, days earlier, Uncommon James cannisters were part of the customisation options and available to the UK. This is just another example of FFF not being bothered about its UK subscribers, or those responsible for inventory forgetting about this little Island and its subscribers who would willingly pay good money for stuff that is withheld from them just because someone did not have the right training to tick the box that makes it show up for International subs.

I love fab fit fun but even when the fall box it's not worth it. It is okay as long as the other 3 boxes are good. I am really disappointed that they took away the skip a box program. Simply put the benefits of paying in advance and having a select membership are not worth it anymore. Even when I get to pick all products in the box. And save $10 per box... especially when in time of customer service no one gets back to you on time. I simply downgraded tio give them a last chance...

I was missing an item in my box, so I contacted costumer care. Honey was very helpful, she resent the item. Thank you Honey and Fabfitfun!
