I only ordered fabfit fun once before in fall 2020. I thought FFF was such an awesome deal and loved my box. I decide to order one this Christmas and omg this is terrible!!! Such a disappointment. The box advertised compared to what I got is night and day. They did mention limited supplies and that you would get something in comparison. Reviews spoke about getting nice serum‘s, make up etc. I received cheetah slippers, a foot scraper and a body cream in a stained box. Like I could have done better going to the dollar store. In addition I was super disappointed with the item I choose which was a box with silverware. Plastic silverware is better then what they provided. In addition I ordered $150 worth of items during Black Friday sale. Well it’s 12/21 and they still haven’t arrived. I rarely do any reviews, but this truly was the worst experience. FFF you need to look at what you were doing in 2020 and re- evaluate how to execute that kind of product.

Im ok with the fff. Here is a question though... I've been an annual member for 3 years yet I've never received any of your bonus items. People post free stuff and I've yet to receive anything. You can not play favorites. Like wheres my free winter bundle??? Thats what I thought

Annalyn is an excellent Service Representative. I chose to cancel my subscription for several reasons. Annalyn was very helpful and did not give me any hassles even after she tried to encourage me to keep my subscription. My subscription was cancelled and receipt was issued immediately without hesitation or complaint. I was very impressed with her courtesy and professionalism. I would have no hesitation in opening a new account in the future or recommending FabFitFun to my friends.

The boxes are great fun but the customer service seems to be abysmal. I’m only reviewing here now because my box has been stuck for two weeks with Hermes with no movement and my requests to fabfitfun to contact them have been ignored. I’ve been thanked for being patient but no action has been take. And I’m raging. I had ordered things for Christmas pressies which needed to be wrapped and posted on. Zero chance I can do that now. So I’m hoping a one star review catches the attention of somebody. Hermes uk don’t take calls from their unlucky recipients so I need you lot to call them and chase them. Do something or I’m cancelling.

Excellent service with through and thoughtful customer service

Fabfitfun was great in helping me resolve an issue that was created on my end. They were very helpful, kind, and informative.

Most of my boxes I have truly enjoyed but the winter box was disappointing, especially when you think the box that came at Christmas time would be amazing……. Not….
