FFF is the ABSOLUTE worst with financial aspects. Last year you had somehow added my card info to my wifes acct when i ONLY purchased gift coupons. This year you charged me 3 ADDITIONAL 60.00 gift coupons without my knowledge. REALLY!!!!!!!

I purchased an item but I didn't receive it. The matter was handled as soon as I brought it to their attention.

Superbly helpful. Issue was resolved quickly with kindness. Couldn’t have asked for a better resolution and how it was carried out.

I wrote a previous review due to the so called "$200 Bonus Box" I was to receive for signing an annual membership. Sooo much has happened since!! My Winter box came missing 3 additional items and 3 add ons, I sent 20 plus emails that got ignored for almost a month and tried chat atleast 10 times which mysteriously kept getting dropped! I was begging in these emails because a few of those were gifts! Of course when I did get contacted back all of the items were GONE! I picked new items, I got sent out different items from even the ones I picked and one is still waiting to be sent out! AGAIN no one would reply to my emails and pleas for HELP! I finally found the number to call and was on the phone for almost 2 hrs! She made up a problem that wasnt even there and out right LIED and said I didnt pay for the items! Then put me on hold for 15 mins no check backs and then came back and again said I didnt pay for them when I CLEARLY did I showed her TWICE the convo I had with the chat rep. Funniest thing they have the edit sale and the "items they they ran out of" ARE IN THE EDIT SALE!!! The rep again said "thats impossible," like im lying AGAIN! The item I received to replace the broken sunglasses was a coin necklace from 2016 which on its VERY BEST day is worth $15. So the total of my so called $200 box ended up to be $129 (yes, I counted retail). All of this stress has made my Lupus completely flare up! I was stuck in bed for Christmas and now I have to buy more items from their Edit Sale so I can give my gma, sister and bff the Christmas gifts I promised them that will be a month late! So I look like a total jerk!! Thanks, thanks a lot!! All my gma wanted was that charcoal unhide blanket, because she loves the beige one I already have! If you cant give proper customer service and follow through with your promotions currently, then why the heck are you out trying so hard to find so many new customers with even bigger promotions! You even raised your prices! I have NEVER been treated THIS BADLY by a company! I thought you would have gotten better with in the year I left but you have gotten so much worse!! I mean seriously over Christmas?! Messing with me is one thing but dont mess with my grandma!!! DISGUSTING!! For some reason Im not happy with a white unhide blanket and a couple rando things your rep choose for me...CRAZY!!

Every employee is knowledgeable and nice

I have been an annual member for over two years and was very pleased with the service until my last two shipments. I never received add-on items from my summer shipment (which I paid almost 50$ for) and was offered a 15$ credit since I did not receive the items. I have checked my account and the $15 credit has not yet posted. I asked for compensation equal to the amount that I paid, and also requested tracking information for the shipment so that I could see if perhaps it was delivered to the wrong address, but have not received a response. It has been 5 days. My winter box has also not arrived. Unfortunately, according to FFF’s tracking information, it was delivered t on December 6th, to a city that I don’t live in. reached out after Christmas and was informed that they were sorry I never received my box and some of my items were no longer available. They stated that a new box would be sent and offered an option of replacements. I responded the same day with the substitutions and have not heard any response - it has been 4 days. I truly enjoyed my boxes in the past, but will not continue my subscription. At this point, I have paid over $100 for items that I haven’t received and don’t expect to, given the customer service experience I have received at this point. I would not recommend FFF to anyone at this point in time. FFF responded to my review here and said that a customer service rep had reached out to me directly, but I still have not heard from anyone unfortunately.
