FabFitFun first and foremost is their customer service. What make or break a company comes down to that and hands down FFF go above and beyond. I really appreciate that in a company. Next is their offerings of products in their curated boxes which you can still customize with many options, between 3 to 6 per categories. I usually buy additional for gifting cause they offer great prices. Their shipping is super quick under covid-19 circumstances. I have ordered from their shops and special events and they don’t disappoint. I also like the community FFF created and how the people who works there interact with their customers. They know how to get us all excited about the next box. This is like the added bonus using FFF app. I rarely write reviews so this is one for an overall great company to support with their vendors / brands selections.

My 2021 winter box was damaged during transportation or delivery. I was totally bummed because I was looking forward to seeing what all the fuss was all about with the Unhide blankets. I emailed customer service with photos of my box and they gladly resolved my issued in a timely manner!!!

I had a payment issue and contacted customer service. I talked to Lyn who was understanding and so helpful. One of the best customer service encounters I have ever had.

Top shelf customer service. My winter box 2021 was either lost or stolen. Waiting the 5 days (grace period) and connected to the online chat customer service... let them know what happened and she's shipping me a new one! #feelingblessedandthankful

I was missing an item from my box. It was resolved and the replacement is going to be shipped. I was offered a choice of getting replacement or refund.

Had a lost package and the team was able to resolve my issue professionally.

Apparently I didn’t successfully cancel my subscription so I got a winter fabfitfun box charged to my account where I inquired overdraft fees. I reached out to fabfitfun and informed them of this issue and requested to return the box to which they said I would be responsible for shipping and would receive refund after the box was received. We opted for a $15 dollar refund. Upon opening my box I received items I will never use and would never purchase. Not sure why I got all the crappy things, this box was worse than the first one I received. So incredibly disappointing. I will never order from fabfitfun again.
