FabFitFunReviews of fabfitfun.com

I absolutely love my FabFitFun box arriving at my door, 4 times a year. It really is Christmas gifts in a box seasonally! I have received many great items that I wouldn’t just go out and purchase, and other items I have found and use all the time now. I love how everything about FabFitFun is all women owned businesses, very empowering!

It’s a good box. The customer service is terrible and you really feel overlooked. They refuse to acknowledge wrong doing on their side. The customer service is not in a country they ship the box to, which is crazy. How are these people supposed to offer good support when they don’t even know what’s going on in the California warehouse??? Bad service on their part. Products usually come and will be almost expired (even though they claim all products have a 6 month shelf life…beware of consumables). i do love the members of fabfitfun though. the community is a great asset and makes fabfitfun worth it for me sometimes…until i remember the above issues :( If you’re skeptical, try at least one box, especially if there is something you want. The price is great for the quality/brands you get though.

A wonderful assortment of products every season. The box is always fun to receive and I personally love the few items I cannot customize so I have a surprise! Anything that is something not for me and I won’t use is a great gift for a friend or family member! The community is a nice additional bonus that I can participate in daily. I enjoy reading some of the posts and subscribing to different topic categories. And the random contests and unexpected freebies the FFF team does for community members is truly above and beyond! :) I love this subscription!

Quality products and very helpful customer service. Thank you so much FFF.

I do love my FFF boxes! I only wish they would tailor it more towards different age groups and offer different boxes for different age ranges.

I love FFF, but this last box almost sent me over the edge. I have had one other box go missing and everything was dealt with efficiently. After 14 days of no movement, I contacted FFF and they automatically shipped a new box. This time, I made my way through 3 people prior to talking to anyone that was willing to start production on another box. The 3rd person was extremely blasé about it stating that "it will show up" and that the box was only not recording movement for "only14 days" never mind that it had been in transit for over a month and sitting in various other places for days on end. It wasn't until I went to the forums and posted about it that anyone did anything about it. Thankfully the new box was sent, I only missed out on 2 of my add-ons (one of which I really wanted) and now I sit hoping the same exchange doesn't happen over my spring box.

In general, I love my subscription but this last time I didn't feel the choices were optimal. There were 2 categories that I wound up saying "surprise me" because I wasn't at all interested in any one product. Then one of them was the wine opener, which I regifted because I don't drink.

Love the treat to my self every few months! I have found some great new product lines that i probably wouldn’t have tried if not for FFF. The customer service always goes above and beyond to help out on any problems.
