Very sneaky, dishonest auto renewal policy. If they wanted to deal with their customers fairly, they would communicate prior to auto renewing, to ensure that’s what their customer wanted. The fact that they do not do that, in and of itself, strongly suggests that they are being actively misleading

Me encanta el servicio al cliente de esta suscripcion … he perdido cajas. Me han faltado alguna vez algun producto. Y otras cosas q pasan .. pero en 5 minutos me los resuelto todo siempre .. sin vueltas sin fotos sin esperas. El servicio es excelente

I upgraded my seasonal subscription to annual and missed the promo. I was not able to customize my box and had to go through customer service to customize. The agent was helpful but I wish I would have just held off on upgrading until a promo was available. The main item that I wanted wasn’t even available to pick, which is the whole reason I upgraded to annual before it ran out. All in all, would not upgrade to annual again.

I like the a lot of the products but frequently it feels like many of the box items are repeats. It’s ok to have repeats when you couldn’t snag an item the 1st time around. Another problem is that there never seems to be enough product for the number of members. It’s frustrating to get sneak peaks, to see something new that you really want but it’s out of stock. I shouldn’t have to race a clock to be able to select items. Not everyone can log in the minute customization opens. The third issue is when you miss out on an item during the customization period only to see it as a PAID add-on in the next box. It’s frustrating to have to pay my membership for my box and then turn around and pay additional to get an item that I was unable to get with my box. The big INSULT is when you can’t get it in your box, then it is offered as an add-on for an additional charge and you STILL CANT GET THE ITEM! I love the concept of FFF! Customizations are a nice touch. It would be nice if our profiles produced better boxes focused on my likes without having to customize - surprises can be really fun.
