I am an annual member and was under the impression that “skipping a box” meant you would just receive the box for the following season. This is not an option and they give you “store credit.” Literally everything you’d want in the store is sold out. Was totally underwhelmed by this season’s options and although annual members are supposed to get first pic, tons of stuff was sold out. This makes me thing they advertise certain higher end items to get people to subscribe, but then only have a few, if any, to actually give out. Tried to cancel and received an email saying I wouldn’t get my money back, and asking if I still wanted to. So instead of paying for products I didn’t want, I’d be paying for nothing at all. Sounds like a great policy.

My friend whom has since past away gave me the LED planter as a gift- the planter is missing the bottom plate. I reached out to FABFITFUN & explained that the gifter has past away & again requesting assistance is getting the replacement bottom. FABFITFUN stated I must sign up & pay for membership in order for them to correct their mistake. I’m grieving the loss of my close friend & FABFITFUN has not only made it harder for me to keep her memory in my home but also tried to extort an annual membership from a grieving person before they will remedy the issue they created. Don’t give them your money or time. Customer service isn’t a service but a pusher for you to sign up for yearly subscription. FABFITFUN you sicken me & your practices are extortionist as well as disgusting. Explain to me how this response from Maya is appropriate? I lost my friend to Cancer & I have to sign up for a yearly membership just to have a plastic bottom piece for your product that is useless without it? Disgusting treatment of a human being & ask Maya or view photo showing the Calais & heartless response. I know how hard it is to lose someone especially that you have received this gift in a less perfect condition before she left. Didn't receive 2 of my drop shipments, it had been well over a month since they shipped. I've never had an issue with drop shipments, so knew this was out of the ordinary. Contacted customer service, they responded same day and issued a refund.

Sara was great, but my email and password won’t work I have to stay logged on to the app in order to view the Shop, pick my box items. I have been a member for the past year and already see so many duplicate products just from the boxes I have gotten and the items this time were not the best Trying to decide if I should renew for Summer (I am an Annual Member ) Wished I would have skipped this last box Not happy with item Quality at all started out last spring excited to get my box Now not really Hope you improve quality and choices also so many items not available
