My credit card was mistakenly charged instead of using my gift card! It was handled immediately and apologetically! Awesome customer service!

I am reviewing FFF not customer service. This is the second time I have received no notifications when to order my custamization products. I received an email notice Feb. 6, 2022 that FFF box is being shipped. Therefore I should have been notified of customization time. I did not have the choice to choose my products once again. Very disappointing.

I recently signed for an annual membership for myself. I enrolled during their winter box promo and I of course missed the customization part of my box. Now I’m sorry but if I sign up for an annual membership why not start my box with the spring box so I can take advantage of the add ons and customizations. I just got a box filled with leftovers and I felt I got the short end of the stick. I reached out on Facebook and they weren’t very helpful. It was more well you got the box so be happy with that. I just didn’t appreciate it.

I’m sure the service is great. Our child received it as a gift in 2020. Never bought by us. The company charged my credit card $200+ for an annual membership which I never agreed or authorized. Contacted the company and they were extremely over the top nice. They not only refused to refund the money they said they will keep charging until I cancel on the site which is difficult because I don’t have a subscription. It is February 4 and they said they can’t cancel an order that won’t be delivered until mid March. They could have said we had to take March and the rest would be cancelled but they want it all. Attorneys involved now. Going to cost more than it’s worth but it goes both ways. We will hopefully prevail and they will be responsible for the fees. Amazing they are this hard up for $200. That in and of itself should worry you. Happy to provide the email saying they won’t cancel and will continue charging.

Basically I feel that I was being taken advantage of. $241.99 for an annual renewal fee? Really? Needless to say, I cancelled my subscription and will not recommend to anyone else! Not worth it.

I love fabfitfun. Products are wonderful and they really do there best at making customers happy.

I’m an annual member - I signed up for a year just as a gift to myself and it’s been okay. I somehow missed one email about a customization window and then they sent me a box full of, I’m assuming, the least desirable products in every category because I don’t want any of them. The email that the customization window opened was just sent less than a week before they sent the box of undesirables and there is nothing I can do but pay to send it back because that’s how undesirable the products are. It was disappointing because there were things I would have wanted and been happy to choose but because I missed one email I got in a pickle. If you sign up, keep a close eye so you don’t end up with stuff you don’t want. EDIT: Customer service reached out and allowed me to choose three customizations from the spring 2022 box. They gave me a list to choose from and there were items on the list that I’m excited to receive.

I love fab fit. I always look forward to and enjoy getting my package .
