My box got lost in the mail during my recent move. I contacted the postal service who pretty much had no idea where my box was. So I then contacted FFF customer service and spoke to Zack. Zack was amazing! She was not only super friendly, but went above and beyond to help me customize my box since I didn’t get to do it the first time. FFF customer service is top notch! Thanks so much!

I didn't receive an order that I placed in the beginning of January but did receive other orders, I placed after that. I started with the online chat and proceeded with email. Nash was so helpful and I feel like he was able to help me right away. I wasn't on hold on the phone so that was amazing.

Excellent customer service and fun boxes!

My holiday box was never delivered, I contacted FFF and they sent out a new box right away. But my add-ons a lot of them were sold out. They said they would credit my account. It’s been a few months and I didn’t see it. I explained the situation to FFF and they issued a refund right away. WTG FFF !! What. A wonderful company !!!!

Quick response and no pressure.

I made a purchase but didn’t add an applicable promo code which was completely my miss. I contacted customer service and they were able to quickly assist me and made sure the order went through as I intended. Not only that - but I started and ended a chat without speaking to anyone at a very late hour because I assumed no one would respond. By morning I had an email follow up asking how they could further assist me. What a wonderful customer service experience all around!

With FabFitFun I get to try products that I may have not have ever heard of before or are too expensive to want to "try" it. This way I can try before I buy so to speak. There is always variety for every consumer. I don't expect every product to be something I am just dying to get or try but most often there are a lot that fit that category. I love the add-on and extra shopping days. I always find things to add. I love that the brand tries hard to go with women owned businesses.
