FFF rep took my call late at night and replaced the missing box 📦 that was supposed to be there, per email. She knew what to do to bring resolution and was polite and helpful, especially since I called late in the evening.

Okay, mind you I only have myself to blame here because I missed my customization emails, but this is the worst box I've ever received. I totally got every leftover item that nobody else wanted. Hodgepodge of useless products. The best part of the box was a subscription add on for my dog toys. I think I might be done with this subscription. Nothing fab, fit, or fun about it the last few times and this one is literally like the clearance aisle at Marshall's with random junk nobody needs. I've been getting this box for several years now. Maybe time to move along and try something new.

I am disappointed and disgusted with the box. Most everything is unavailable or sold out. They didn't even offer half the things they promoted. Last box same thing the robe I ordered a plus was available. These dumb people sent me a extra small. So I have a robe that is useless. I got a little 10.00 credit and some cheap crap in it's place. Why do you promote stuff you do not have. FFF has went to 💩💩💩💩 I do not recommend this box at all .I have been getting it for over 6 years and now thinking of all the money I am going to save. Bye crappy 💩💩 box.
